Live here less then a year and it's been a nightmare. I have my wife and two young girls we work remotely and girls are remotely doing school. Neighbors are so rude and maintenance just drive around watching my house and everything I do. Security guards are extremely unprofessional and rude, they are impersonating a police officer and intimidating us by doing illegal surveillance and rounds after round watching us. The people here don't mind theirs they speed all the time with no regards for wild life or kids . read more

Great place to live, private has it's own horse stables, ski area, pools, tennis, basketball courts, security, and it's a gated community. But as any place to live you have some rude neighbors, disrespectful people who do not one the rules. read more
