They came in May when the weather was not warm and put in freon. But in July with the heat, my AC unit required more freon because it was not cooling my house. The year before it worked fine. Kurt refused to come and put more freon in it. I now have $200 bill for more freon that needed to be put in by him, since he took it out. After the more freon was put in, it cooled beautifully this summer. This man takes the money and runs. He does not take care of the problems he created. He does not take care of customers after he gets paid. He is onto new money. No guarantee with him. I would not use him for anything. This also, is not a family owned business, since he recently purchased this business. Also all his employees quit him too. He also left me a false voice mail, which was very insulting and untrue because he is a very, very rude man. I liked all his employees and his women that answered his phones. I have never been treated so poorly from someone that should have finished their job. Do not pay this man until everything is done correctly, because once he is paid he is done with you. Do not use this man, It is a horrible experience.
