It was (and probably still is) extremely difficult to get in to see a doctor at the bigger major hospitals around us (UH, CC & Metro). The larger hospitals scheduled us months out as their earliest appointment. I found Podiatry Inc while searching the web, we were desperately trying to find a podiatrist late at night because we knew our son needed surgery. I filled out the request for an appointment on Podiatry Incs website and they got him in the next day. His surgery was scheduled and completed by Dr. Kelty. He was able to do this before any of the appointments that was offered by UH, CC & Metro. We have received better care with podiatry inc than any other facility. I'd been here previously, five yrs. ago. At that time I had a small broken bone in a difficult-to-heal place on the outside of my foot and needed surgery and several follow-up visits. I was very pleased with the doctor and staff. This time I got an appointment two days after I called. Several staff members remembered me! I saw Dr. Diller for a skin condition and some toe problems. He was friendly and professional and everything is clearing up nicely. Dr.Diller has performed surgery on my left foot bunion removed and restructure of the big toe and a hammer toe was laid up for 8-12 weeks but so worth my time for my out come of no more pain. I just had my right foot taken care of bunion and restructure of the big toe and took care of the arthritis on top of my foot. I'm in recovery and still have serval weeks to go but knowing what my end results will be is so worth it ! Dr.Diller , kind and very compassionate an excellent surgen in his field ! Podiatry Inc. has been serving my Podiatry needs for years. My first visit was from a recommendation of a friend. The office was in Beachwood, but definitely worth the trip! I had seen other docs, but with no resolution to my problems. Just a couple office visits and significant improvement. ANY issues that have come up through the years, have been taken care of easily. I had a fractured bone in my foot. I went to the Mentor location and saw Dr. Fioritto. The entire staff was great and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed out of the office. Dr. Fioritto answered all of my question. Most importantly, I felt that Dr. Fioritto truly cared about my well being. Dr. Favazzo and the entire office are amazing. I never wait more than 2 minutes to get into my room and never more than another 2-3 minutes to see Dr. Favazzo. Everyone is so helpful and caring, and Dr. Favazzo is an amazing doctor. My more recent procedure was more complex than a standard visit, and my recovery was quick and easy. Needless to say, I am not the greatest fan for having my feet and toenails looked at.....however the Doctor was absolutely great! He was very gentle and professional and so easy to talk with. Great appointment with Dr. Amber Fioritto. She completed a thorough examination of my feet and legs and was never in a rush. She took sufficient time to explain symptoms I was having and suggested getting some lab tests to ensure my symptoms were not due to a more serious condition.
