You can't spot the cafe from the main road. I happened to look up and saw their banner on the side of the building. They're located on the second floor: follow the corridor to the left of the elevators and go to the end, it'll be on your left side. They opened this past August. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Cheap Topsi/Silog breakfasts that come with your choice of protein and rice topped with a fried egg. Strong brewed coffee (you can request for it iced) or juice comes with the meal.
