The hotel looked like it just went through a recent renovation or conversion from apartment buildings to hotel rooms. The reception/lobby area was pretty new but the whole hotel was a little outdated. It was probably the feeling that it used to be a residential area for families turned into tourism hotel rooms.
On the bright side, the rooms were also updated with new bathroom glass, sink, and upholstery. The bed was comfortable and clean. Soap and shampoo were provided and there was also a mini fridge and a selection of teas and coffee for us to drink with a hot water boiler. Particularly in our room, the bathroom configuration was a little strange since the glass door to the shower didn't quite cover the entire bathtub, so we had to reduce our flow so the water wouldn't get everywhere on the floor.
