I've had issues with this company in the past with them cutting corners and definitely not going "point 2 point"of the yard they should be servicing. Today they showed up and hardly did anything, granted our yard is completely dead except for a small patch of grass and weeds that get of hand, but they did manage to cut the coax cable that runs to the house for our internet. I noticed the internet dropped so went through technical analysis of the problem, then finally made it outside and they zipped off in a hurry, which I thought was weird. I went to investigate the cable box outside and sure enough they cut the cable. Didn't even come apologize, just took off. This business really does the bare minimum when it comes to landscaping or being courteous. There have been weeds in the yard that get multiple feet high, and the worker had told me that "he didn't know he had to cut those in that area" when it's next to a walk way, hanging over the walkway, in the backyard. I could go on and on about the low effort they put in every time they come out, me thinking they can't do much worse, until they find some way to get a little more pathetic. read more

I was very disappointed with the communication I received from point to point when I attempted to book them for snow removed. They changed their initial quote to a higher price when it was time to sign the contract and included more hidden fees within the contract that were not discussed. I wasn't impressed and we ended up not going with them. read more

Reached out to request a quote and was told to contact Mikel. I called him twice with two days between the calls, always leaving a detailed voice mail, before I heard back from him the day after. He asked for my address and said he'd send someone out that day and call me with a quote. I waited a day before calling to ask for the quote. Got his voice mail again and never heard back. read more

I've had a great experience this summer using Point 2 Point for my lawn care in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Justin, the owner, is such a nice guy and is very responsive. I had previously hired G2 Green for fertilizing and mowing, but they were HORRIBLY disorganized--stay away from them! I had to get out of my contract with them because they weren't performing. Point 2 Point, on the other hand, has been so easy to work with. They reliably do their job and I don't ever have to worry about it getting done. And Justin is so easy to get ahold of if I ever have any concerns. I just signed up for their snow removal services this winter and I feel confident that it'll be equally stress-free. I called inquiring about their services. I got a call back right away and was told they could make it out the next day. When they didn't show up I waived it off as a weather problem as it did look like it was going to rain but I did not receive a phone call or anything. I tried calling them twice and no one has bothered to try to reach back. At least have the courtesy to call back and say you can't/won't do the job so I can hire someone else right away. read more

These guys are awesome! I called Justin to get a quote for basic landscaping, and general clean up around our yard. He responded within 20 minutes, and was at my house within an hour and texted me with a quote! My yard didn't need mowing yet, but I asked for a landscaping quote with mulch, weeding, and removal of dead tree branches. I received a quote by email within 30 minutes, and 2 guys were at my house the next day to do the work. Yard looks great! These guys not only do great work, but also are great communicators! I recently bought a house and the sprinkler system and irrigation valve were completely destroyed. I called Justin at P2P and his team came out the same day for free, offering solid advice and recommendations. They figured out my irrigation valve was cracked and leaking and fixed it along with my sprinkler system for a very fair price. They also programmed my extremely old sprinkler box free of charge. TOTAL LIFE SAVER!!! We had a major snow dump and my husband went out of town and with no snow blower my two properties would have taken my a lifetime with the ridiculously under-capable shovel I had. I received a call back within 30 minutes of making a request, and the guys were here the next morning. We had sprinkler issues and they fixed it in about 10 minutes....and they walked down the street and fixed my neighbor's sprinkler issue as well! Very reasonable. I asked for a quote to clear snow while I was away. I was given a quote to clear snow from my driveway and sidewalks several days after snow had fallen. After the work was done, the manager called me to collect a card payment over the phone for the same amount as the quote which I paid. I arrived back at 11:00 PM a night later to find only part of my sidewalks were cleared and none of my drive was cleared. I was very frustrated. I called the manager and told him of my disappointment. He said they'd come back. He said it was a misunderstanding and they'd be back. Two days later, after another 5" or so of snow, I came home to find my sidewalks and my entire long drive way were cleared with no call for additional calls for billing. They refuse to do any additional work such as weeding unless you sign a contract to get the service done until October. They also give free services such as fertilizing if you give a 5 star review on Google, which is probably why they are rated so high there. You ask for services several times without them completing them. Pretty sure they just dumped mulch over crab grass and didn't actually try to get rid of it. They also didn't turn on sprinkler system as requested and when I asked about it, the first reply was clarifying that I wanted them to do it. The second reply when I said that I thought that they had already done it was that he thinks they did. I had my husband check, and sure enough they hadn't done it. If I could turn back time, I would find a company that doesn't require a contract from April - October. Now I can't get out of it and the service definitely went down after signing it. read more

I bought a Groupon for this company and I talked to the owner on April 10, 2015. I only needed aeration and fertilization. The owner told me every week for 6 weeks that he would be out to my house and to this day, June 2, 2015, he has never showed up. He would not set an actual appointment and has now stopped taking or returning my phone calls. I have paid for the service and have not received anything. I thought the point of a Groupon was to get people to try the service and possibly become an ongoing customer but apparently not for the owner of this company. Now I have to go through Groupon to get my money back and find someone new. Don't waste your time or money trying to get the owner of this company to do any work for you, its is just a hassle and they still won't show up. read more
