Point Bay gets 1 star, because Yelp won't allow me to give them none. They claim they have 24 hr service ... try 24 hrs x 4. Didn't deliver fuel oil as promised this past winter. Let a long time customer (15+ years) bed-bound dying woman freeze in below 50 degree house. Service wouldn't come out to restore heat. She went to sleep shivering with 4 blankets. Never woke up.
