While Jess and I may have our differences of opinion,(you already know how I feel about doctors) she's caring and empathic towards myself, the patient, to the point that I returned to Jess with my daughter who was also dealing with pain, which I won't discuss a child's diagnosis, and Jess worked her magic again. In the introductory interview she told me I should be taking my hypothyroid medicine by itself and at least an hour before I took anything else. I did so the next day and Bang, I was back.
