I will say this is hands down best shop in douglas. They will take care of your needs large and small and not hit your pocket book hard!

Terrible customer service. Did not call multiple times when they should have. We took our car in for the a/c to be fixed. They ended up breaking something in our car that made it unable to drive. They knew we were moving out of state, we had to rent a car one way and then had to fly back to pick up the car later. They still charged us for the original cost they quoted us after discussing how much money we had to shell out for their mistake. absolutely terrible place! read more

3 days into a four week RV trip and check engine light comes on! Could be nothing, could be who knows. Not a great feeling. If you're anywhere near Douglas Wyoming call these guys. Bruce was who I dealt with. Called from the road and he said just bring truck in first thing following day. Got there, Bruce runs a diagnostic and it's not a big deal. These guys suck!!! Broke parts, lost parts & just installed new parts without doing any repairs to my vehicle after a collision with a deer. Front tire pushed back an inch. Rack is busted and leaking. Snotty attitudes as well. I would not take my granddaughters little red wagon in to them!!! These guys suck!!! I'd give them -5 stars if I could!!! read more

Hit a deer on a trip through Wyoming from Denver. Steve and everyone at the shop was so kind and helpful. We were unable to drive our car any further and could not find a rental or any transportation in the area. Steve arranged a ride for us to Casper to get a rental car and basically saved our whole trip. I can not recommend this place highly enough. I had front suspension work done on my truck they quoted me 1700 a little over $1700 and that included eight hours of labor they said it would take mostly all day to do the work the technician finish the work in three hours and they still charged me the eight hours of labor, so they charged me $800 in labor for three hours of work and when I questioned it they said they go by the book prices and that's just the way it is all shops do that ,we all know that's not true that all shops don't do that I will never ever take a vehicle to them again. I will say the tech did a good job. I only am disputing the additional 500.00 dollars they charged me!! The owner was adament he would not credit the labor charges! read more

They saved the day. Had a nail in the tire of our rent a car. Monday mid morning. Were able to add air and make it here. They were full but promised they could get to it in about an hour. Shuttled us to the pioneer museum and pointed out a great line lunch place. 90 min later when we were done with lunch they picked us up and we were on our way. Friendly Great service ant the $20 flat repair charge fair. They are more than tires. If at home I'd change to the for my regular service. read more

I was moving back home to North Carolina from Alaska, when a leaf spring broke on my trailer. Every mechanic I found on line couldn't get to the repairs until the end of the following week. I was ready to leave my trailer with all of my belongs in a storage yard until it could be repaired and I come back for it. By chance the storage lot was next to One Stop Auto Plex, so I decided to ask if and when they could make repairs to my trailer. The owner Steve and his employees were very helpful and kind to me. They put my trailer in front of other jobs they were working on and even stayed late Friday - the beginning of Labor Day weekend - to get me back on the road and to my family waiting for me in NC. We were traveling with horses and a trailer with LQ. Had a blow out went to yelp and called Steve and told him of the problem. He stated no problem. Pulled in, they had new tires on our truck and watered the horses in 1.5 hours. Such service and kindness. read more
