Please follow up on social media to find their daily location as this is a food truck, and I dont wanna steer you wrong. The chicken nachos were the best of everything we ordered n we only got 1 order. The nacho chips are made from fried wong tongs, aka crispy, light, texture with the toppings basically falling off The fried eggrolls were yummy too, definitely would it again. Crisp cabbage, tender chicken n a spicy chili sauce Friendly and approachable customer service. Both the cook and the cashier explained the menu n were very nice about it. Each order had about a 10/12 minute waiting time n they text you when your order is ready. I will be returning n definitely recommend.

Definitely a great find. They were out of the Beef Bulgogi which we traveled for, sad face. But the chicken bulgogi was great we got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch half n half corndog. The kimchi was delicious. Do not expect fast service. We had a family of 5. We all ordered at once but the food came out in stages. I had to eat my food on the ride home because it took that long for my food to come unfortunately.

I had a great first experience here. Egg rolls are my favorite and I got the chicken egg rolls. Those rolls were delicious. They come with a sweet/spicy dipping sauce; honestly, they're seasoned so well I almost didn't want the sauce. The service was great; I got the chance to meet the owner, such a sweet soul. The energy is beautiful here and feels homey; the decor is lovely and filled with history. It's beautiful. I can't wait to come back to try more egg rolls and dishes

I'm so glad Pok Cha's was able to open a storefront along with their food truck! They offer Korean food in a fast casual manner. You order food at the counter and pay, then wait at a table for them to bring out the food. You will have to pick up silverware and napkins yourself. They do have bottled water and cans of soda available for purchase as a drink selection. I believe their food menu is limited because they have perfected the items they serve. For example, my husband says that the beef bulgogi nachos are the BEST nachos in Memphis! The egg rolls are massive and can definitely be shared between two people as an appetizer. The freshness and flavor of their beef bulgogi is my favorite. If you're looking for something unique and quick, this is a great spot for a lunch date!

We wanted to try pok chas tonight as it's new in Hernando. We were impressed with the quality of food. I grew up eating this type of food so I was curious to see how it would be and I was extremely happy to share its incredible. The bulgogi was cooked to perfection and is accompanied well with the rice. The egg rolls are very large as you can see but well worth it. The chicken wontons are good but are just filled with what is inside the egg rolls. Overall, the restaurant has great decor and the food is amazing and we will be back multiple times!

Lets talk about a food truck with eggrolls as big as my fist. Lets sit here and talk about this place with 2 pound eggrolls. I found out about this food truck through a friend and Instagram. I decided I was going to go and get my experience. The owners are very cool and friendly. Now to the food, I wasn't expecting my chicken egg roll to be as big as a 2 month old baby. LOL! The egg roll was crispy and hot. And delicious. The main event was the Korean Hot Chicken. No words can explain how great it was. This entire meal was excellent. I wanted to move in the food truck and pay rent. It was that amazing.

So delicious! I tried the spicy wings as well as the veggie and chicken egg rolls. The wings were crispy and the sauce was great. Since it was a food truck I wasn't expecting for the to-go containers to be huge but they didn't even cover my food so it was kinda difficult to figure out how to arrange things in my car so they they wouldn't go flying while driving. I'd definitely purchase from the food truck again.

Trying Pok Cha's infamous egg rolls was truly a pleasure! Prior to my visit I saw pictures of the egg rolls but that didn't prepare me for how big the egg rolls really were. Lol You can definitely have these for dinner based off of the size of them! On my trip I got a smoked chicken and veggie egg roll! The smoked chicken gave me Memphis in May BBQ vibes but in an egg roll so I thoroughly enjoyed that! It was also filled with smoked chicken and had the perfect combination of crunch and flavor while still giving me egg roll vibes! I unfortunately didn't get a chance to taste the veggie one because when you go around people with food they ask to have some. Lol But I'll be back to try the veggie egg roll, some Korean hot chicken wings, and nachos! I took a picture of the menu so y'all can have an idea of what may be served on your visit.

Ordered two kimchi hot dogs (We tore those thang up before I could grab a picture). The kimchi fashionably replaced a traditional sauerkraut topping. Sprinkle a lil' bit of mustard and it'll have you craving for more Loaded nachos were delicious. The chips were big tortilla-like wonton chips. They paired up well with the bulgogi beef, cilantro, kimchi and I sprinkled some hot Cheetos on top for additional BIG YES flavor. After looking at the menu online, I was disappointed the truck was not serving wings at the time. Will have to come back that and the Korean hot chicken as well. The quality of the food was there & there was a unique flavor, but I did think both items were slightly pricey.

After an hour we were finally seated. It was that horrible experience of not knowing if we should leave or if we had already invested so much time, surely we would be the next person called? I wish the hostess would've told the truth about the wait. It was only after patrons that came in behind us started to rightfully become upset, suddenly there was a host of people at the stand and tables were getting cleared. After an hour, we were finally seated in the very back of the restaurant and it took another 5 to 7 minutes before someone came over and acknowledged us. The salad bar area where you can make your sauce was missing half of the ingredients and absolutely no attempts were being made to refill the station. Items were left off of our order and we had to ask for them to be brought out. Saw a lot of employees standing around on their phones behind the salad bar station near the bathrooms in the kitchen. There are now far too many AYCE Korean/ Asian BBQ/ hotpot areas in Memphis to go back to a place with bad service and low quality food experiences. We used to proudly bring our out of town friends and family to try this dining experience- but would be too embarrassed to bring them now.

This place caught me off guard. I wasn't expecting of all places Mississippi to be a destination…read morefor Ramen. My confirmation bias says the Memphis area is a barren of good food. Well...I guess I was proven wrong. So I dropped my trailer off at Amazon MEM1, input the coordinates onto my Tractor GPS, and my Garmin 800 rejected the request...."Commercial Truck Restrictions All the way." And what did I do? I said f*ckit. I'm taking that risk. Probably the best Risk Reward experience I've had in ages. Every inch of my route towards this Ramen Pilgrimage was plagued by Traffic Signs reading, "No Semi-Trucks $1000.00 fine." And I just want to thank law enforcement between Memphis & South Haven for not busting me for craving a rich bowl of Tonkotsu delight. So what did I discover here? It was like walking into an enchanted Studio Ghibli scene. The hanging charms, the lush greenery, and lighting complimenting the earth tones, the holy sh*t they have PopCorn Chicken & Milk Tea here @@! Felt like I'm back in Taiwan with this fusion of Japanese & Taiwanese Food Culture. There wasn't even a college town nearby and this added more to my culture shock--- of all places... Mississippi. If you guys are still with me at this point, the Kyuramen x TBar in Southhaven wasn't the first location recommended to me by Yelp; I was actually planning on visiting the location in Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia California, BUT like Rayasianboy likes to quote on his live streams, "Goddid." The planets align, they sent me and my rig to South Haven. Alright not gonna ramble anymore, let me get to the verdict: Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10 Food: 10/10 For a franchise, this place has QA down to the tee. Over the years I've for the majority of the time whenever I'm out of state, would patronize Jinya Ramen--been to their Denver Union Station locations, Chandler Arizona, Salt Lake City, one of the earliest times was in Vegas, and basically their brand set the tone for what a Franchise ramen could be. And yes, I could taste the lengthy hours here at Kyuramen that were put in to slow cook the richness out of the pork bones; the portions were measured just right so you can savor the soup, the noodles **al dente**, the egg silky custard like, the Chasu **melt in your mouth** and not feel overwhelmed with the entire ensemble. The karaage chicken/ Taiwanese pop-corn chicken was exploding with moisture, it had the right characteristics of popcorn chicken, crispy light with tapioca starch layered on the outside, marinated in 5 spices, and fried to perfection with the right tenderness. The tea was excellent, and the Yakitori platter---- executed surprisingly well. And when you put together the entire experience....Shin-Sen-Gumi Alhambra California needs to pick up some slack because this little joint in the middle of nowhere puts some California Izakayas to shame. So yes, I'd recommend anyone across the state of Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama, all the Japanese execs at Toyota Plant, Nissan Plant and Yuki Kawamura to come and make their pilgrimage....oh wait Yuki signed with the Chicago Bulls, nvm, but yes everyone besides Yuki. これで終わります Kore de owarimasu じゃあね Jaa ne 改天再會!

The parking lot is shared with other businesses in the strip (with Asiana Market, a Korean grocery store, located at the far left). There are plenty of spaces available in the private lot. Upon entering the restaurant, the main hostess, who may also be the owner, is straight ahead. There are approximately 12 tables in the main dining room, along with a larger room to the left that offers additional seating. FOOD: 1. Pork Dupbap Lunch Special (4/5): If you've tried beef bulgogi, this is similar but made with spiced pork. You really can't go wrong with this dish. 2. Spicy Rice Cake (Tteokbokki, 4/5): I'm usually picky with tteokbokki because many restaurants make it too sweet or lacking in flavor. This version was one of the better restaurant renditions I've had. A classic Korean street and comfort food, it consists of spicy-sweet rice cakes with fish cake, cabbage, and scallions. I would definitely order this again. Best shared between 2-3 people. 3. Seafood Soon Dubu (Soft Tofu Stew, 4/5): A spicy, well-seasoned stew made with silky soft tofu, vegetables, and seafood. This is especially comforting during the cold winter season. I highly recommend ordering one of the soups when it's cold out. The portion was generous, as I took half home. 4. Yangnyeom Korean Fried Chicken (New KFC; not on the original menu, 3/5): Ten pieces of boneless chicken served with pickled daikon radish. The sauce was a sweet chili blend. While flavorful, it lacked the extra crispiness typically found in Korean fried chicken. 5. Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon, 4/5): One of our favorites. This version featured shrimp and squid, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. It was served hot with a tangy dipping sauce made from soy sauce and rice vinegar. Best shared between 2-3 people. 6. Kimchi Fried Rice (3/5): A popular dish made with kimchi, rice, and diced vegetables, often with meat such as Spam. This version did not include meat but was topped with a runny egg for protein and garnished with dried seaweed flakes. Best shared between 2-3 people. 7. Japchae (Stir-Fried Glass Noodles, 3/5): A popular Korean appetizer, often served as a side dish (banchan). Typically stir-fried with vegetables and beef, this version was served in a slightly sweet broth, which differed from the traditional preparation. Best shared between 2-3 people. The service was good. Our water glasses were never empty, and the staff checked on us twice during our meal. Would I come back? Yes. Be sure to check out the lunch specials.

Friendly staff will help you on ordering if you ask, but as a rule they will assume you know what you want when you sit down. If you are unfamiliar just ask. I've never had any issues getting answers. So, if you are looking for 'real' Chinese food, served in a unique way, please check out Dim Sum King...but be careful. The plates are small and the food is delicious but don't get too carried away trying everything because it is surprisingly filling. Which is nice because you'll want to come back again.
