Just came by for the second time this week and thrilled! Not only is a fish super fresh but so is every other ingredient. I think the price is extremely reasonable, they are generous with the protein options (my pick is the salmon marinated in the soy ginger sauce) and throw in a bunch of edamame and avacado (which also they're not stingy on!) add some yummy masago, tempura flake for some more crunch with sweet wasabi sauce over the top and YUUUUM a super healthy, and filling meal for less that $15!? Basically deconstructed sushi with ingredients you don't see everywhere such as pickled radishes and seaweed. It's set up like a chipotle where you pick your rice, protein and other toppings. The fish is so fresh and their house sauces are both phenomenal (they let us sample first). The place is clean and has an overall good vibe. A memorable dish for sure. Also super healthy!! read more

Mixed review. Eating the bowl and it is pretty overwhelmed with sauce and the Ahi Tuna is just mediocre.

The food was very good. I had the spicy dragon bowl and it was great. The staff was super helpful in giving recommendations as to what bowls were best. It was super filling and tasted great. They also have a good selection of drinks in their fridge. It was a great build your own bowl style place but they also have their own pre-made selections. Only thing I felt was missing was bubble tea. Great find, will be back again! read more

Frederick is a foodie town. There are so many options for people who really appreciate good food. Poke Bowl in Westview is more than deserving of a try. My wife & I ordered take out on a Friday night. My wife got A2 & I got A5. We also got the crab Rangoon appetizer. We were both impressed with the rangoon. It was worth it! More importantly, we both loved our bowls. The best word to describe everything is "fresh". The fish was great, the fruit (pineapple, mango, etc.) was juicy & the rice was well cooked. We just got back from spending two weeks in Hawaii and eating plenty of poke. So when we got home, finding a local poke place was very important. Earlier today we ordered the Hawaiian bowl and Spicy Dragon bowl. I absolutely loved my Hawaiian bowl. So fresh! I loved the combination of both the tuna and salmon. And the bowl was so filling that I doubt I'll be able to eat dinner tonight. My husband (who lacks providing details) said that his Spicy Dragon bowl was good. The one guy always has this look on his face that you are inconveniencing him, so he is not helpful. I do not like when places have employees like this. We love getting poke bowls from here! There are sooo many options and everything always seems really fresh! Right now there is only online ordering and pick-up because of covid which is great. HUGE WARNING THOUGH: my credit card has gotten hacked TWO TIMES after using the online ordering website. Both times my card was hacked within a week of ordering from this website. 1 star because I didn't even get to eat it. I ordered online, and picked up at the store. The cashier read off what I ordered and I payed. I drove back to work, sat down and eat, and it wasn't until I mixed it up that I realized that it was the wrong order. I called in and told the cashier, he replied with, "well there was only 1 online order", which clearly to me there was not because I had the receipt with the other order in front of me. I then get a "I will let everyone know it was wrong", followed by, "anything else?", No, other than work on your costumer service skills, but he was a young boy, so hopefully it will come with time. I then go to the menu and look up what I had in front of me, and it included ingredients that I do not care for. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager or person in charge. I was put on the phone with Amy, confirmed to not be the manager. Amy told me to bring it back and they will give me my correct order, with I replied that since I was on lunch break I did not have time. So she said she I could have a credit for another time, but by that time I had a bad taste in my mouth and just wanted a refund. I was told that I have to bring the bowl back and they will give me the refund. If I had to go back to the store to get my money back then so be it, but I would like to do this when the manager ?Jiang? will be in, but she had no idea when that would be. I felt like Amy was trying to rush me off the phone, and it was very hard to understand her anyways. So because I didn't even get to taste my meal and the poor costumer service, I will have to give it a 1 star. Hopefully they can invest a little time and energy into costumer service training. read more
