Poke Bros is a consistently clean, fresh fast food restaurant that our whole family likes to go to. Their bowls are basically deconstructed sushi rolls. You choose your rice, protein, a wide variety of toppings, with no limit, and your sauce. My kids don't eat raw fish, but they have cooked chicken for them.

I highly recommend this new spot in Frankfort. Very clean, fresh and organized. You can easily customize your poké bowl. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this place if you like custom, fresh rice bowls. I got a rice bowl to-go with white rice, avocado, mango, cucumber, tofu, and much more! All of the ingredients tasted so fresh and all together it was delicious! I was helped promptly and the restaurant looked well kept. Looking forward to trying it again!

Taking freshness to the top notch....it's something new to area and once it catches on the lines will be out the door. The set up can use some work on the ordering part if you have never had it you might get confused but the staff will help you out

Providing a new kind of dining experience to the Frankfort area, Poke Bros has many delicious combinations to try. This establishment has the friendliest and most hardworking food service workers I have ever encountered. I cannot wait to dine with Poke Bros again soon!

I am a fan favorite of the lobster roll because it is fresh and you get big chunks of lobster. My other favorite is the fried chicken it is seasoned perfectly and chicken is juicy but the crunchy crust is to die for. **The chicken is free range and this is where they knock it out of the park. Home run!!! The service is amazing and the atmosphere is quaint and perfect for date night! This place has won Southland's best place to eat several years in a row and I can understand why.

We wanted something other than just burgers again, so I proposed seafood. There didn't seem to be a lot of options in this area, but Dancing Marlin seemed to fit the bill and was pretty close. Before going, we looked at the menu, and there really wasn't anything my little one was going to want on the kids menu - there was no seafood for the kids, not even a basic fish and chips. He saw the lobster rolls appetizer though, and that sold him, so we got in the car and headed down. When we went to order, the waiter told us the only thing they were out of was the lobster rolls, but when we asked about the lobster gnocchi that my other son was about to order, they said they could do that, so I asked to speak with the manager. She explained that they only liked to use big whole pieces of lobster for the lobster rolls, and that is what they were out of, but had the smaller pieces they normally used in the gnocchi dish. I asked if she could do the lobster rolls with the smaller pieces, and she confirmed with the chef so we were back in business. The food was all excellent. I had the seared ahi and it was delicious, but was just a small portion for my liking. The scallops my wife had were delicious, but for $38 it was only 4 scallops. Maybe kids who live around here don't want fish when their parents do, but you should at least have a kids portion of fish and chips, or some fried shrimp on the menu for them. I'm not going to order a $27 fish and chips portion for a little kid, but he also didn't come to just eat chicken nuggets or buttered noodles.

I had to add salt, pepper and msg to their clam chowder for flavor and the clams were too finely minced. And finally the house special seasoning for their seafood boil could have much more flavor (old bay, lemon juice, more garlic, etc), the potatoes would have been better if sliced in half, sausage had quite a bit of cartilage,, and I had intact shells still on my headless shrimp which was a bit of a pain. but the broccoli was great because it absorbed a lot of the butter sauce.

There are two reasons why I gave this establishment a two star review. I ordered a make your own boil bag. It comes with potato, corn and broccoli. I added head on shrimp, green muscles and sausage. The shrimp was not cleaned properly and the sauce waa salty. It was edible but definitely could of used half the amount of salt that it is prepared with. A person in my group ordered the todays special. When the bill came it was over charged. They did rectify it immediately and removed the "today special sign" from the front door as they indicated it was wrong. If you're a seafood lover, this is the place to dive into. Jumbo Shrimp -- A Must-Try! The star of the show was definitely the jumbo shrimp -- plump, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Each bite delivered a sweet, briny flavor. Whether dipped in cocktail sauce, buffalo sauce or plain, these shrimp were easily the best I've had in a long time. When they say jumbo, they mean jumbo! I don't think I've ever had larger shrimp. We also ordered lake perch, and brought it home for dinner. We heated it in the air fryer and it was just as good as the shrimp! Both were coated in a light breading, that did not take away from the fish, and fried to a golden brown. They have so many varieties of fish, that we will certainly be back again to try more. Final Thoughts If you're craving top-tier jumbo shrimp and seafood with fresh flavors, Frank's does not disappoint. Highly recommended for seafood lovers and anyone looking to treat themselves to something delicious from the sea! They also serve chicken, and have many sandwich selections, that I can only imagine are just as good! Also should add that the owners are so friendly and nice! They added an enclosed outdoor seating area, Thats lets you enjoy the breeze or sun, but protects you from the rain. It used to be a tent, so this is definitely nicer. My wife and I were seated immediately. The server quickly brought us water and garlic bread. I really like that they give you 5 fairly big pieces of garlic bread for only two people. Nice touch. We were not in a hurry and couldn't decide what we wanted so we started with the calamari salad. $29, but it's huge and chock full of those calamari guys. Lettuce is always crisp and has everything I like in it (olives, eggs, carrots, artichoke, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and romaine lettuce). We were almost full just from the salad alone. I ordered a grouper sandwich (not fried), and my lovely wife ordered the Scottish salmon plate, which comes with potatoes and grilled vegetables. My sandwich came with coleslaw and fresh cut fries. They switched to fresh cut since my last visit, and this was an upgrade. My sandwich was great, and huge too. Could not finish it. Wife's meal was a humongous slab of salmon. The veggies now come on a smaller plate, but that's okay, given the size of the fish. Service was a tad slow, but like I said, we weren't in any hurry. Total tab was $100, with tax and that pesky 3% service fee. I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance.
