Food was decent , albeit small portions. The service is rude. The female who prepped my bowl , barely said 2 words to me and even when I asked her what sauces they had , she still said nothing . The location isn't the most visible or noticeable spot. But regardless, it's a good choice. We tried a number of poke spots and this is one of the better ones. Very fresh ingredients - most importantly, the fish. It gets costly when you add avocado, seaweed or crab sticks, which were all for an extra $1 each. We ordered the shaka (chicken), half salad and half rice combo, and spicy salmon bowls. The total for three orders was $40. Overall, the flavors and the combination of the ingredients were really good. I enjoyed the sriracha aioli sauce a lot. One thing that makes this place stand out to us was that they had cooked protein. This makes it much easier when traveling with young kids and we're not quite ready to let them try the raw stuff. They also have a kid bowl but I wanted to have the chicken so the Shaka was a great choice. They have mochi but I didn't order that. The bowls were really filling. read more

I made an order online and the food definitely was not up to the quality that it appeared to be online. When I got my bowl I was expecting there to be sauce across the top like there are in the pictures. I did not get any sauce actually. When I called, they said that it was all in the bottom of the bowl, however, that was not the case. I also got avocados on my meal and for the price that they charge and the fact that they basically mushed up avocados and scoop it out like an ice cream scoop on to the bowl is not satisfactory. It is also not what they advertise on their menu. If it itself just wasn't that good. I think I have a high expectation due to some really quality places I have been that serve poke. Definitely will not be returning sadly. I also didn't feel very well the next day after eating this, so that is definitely a big indicator that I probably should not have eaten it in the first place. read more

Everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion, and in my opinion when I rate a food place I rate the FOOD. I don't care if the server has a personality or not, I care about what she gives me. And if you want a bowl of goodness, this place qualifies. My food was fast, fresh, tasty, and plentiful. The sign does not say it is authentic Hawaiian poke, it says it is fresh fish Hawaiian style. Service was great and fast and I was in and out within five minutes. Came around 6pm and was the only one in there. The restaurant smelled clean and looked good inside. Food was amazing and portions were great for the price, they give a lot of meat for how much you pay. It's similar to sushi rolls broken down with poke elements added in. Just moved to the area and would not recommend this place. They slapped the word "Hawaiian" on the title but it's the farthest thing from traditional Hawaiian poke (I am from Maui.) The fish is not marinated well (their spicy ahi is literally just sriracha.....??) the crab stick has no flavor. When I walked in the two girls behind the register were sitting on the floor. When ordering they were very rude and seemed annoyed I was ordering. Will never come back to this establishment and I recommend you run. read more

When I heard this was coming to RB, I had high hopes. Tried it a couple of weeks ago and it EXCEEDED my expectations. Everything was so fresh. And the bowls are plentiful. I tried both the regular and spicy tuna, going with the Build-Your-Bowl option. Both were terrific. For sauces I tried both the ponzu and the wasabi. So delish! I was also pleased with the service. Both young women were cheerful and patient. I've since stopped by again and tried their marinated tuna. Yum. So glad this place is here. Well done! read more

As I walked in, The workers were sitting on the floor on their phones and not paying attention to us while they gave us the tiniest little portion sizes and kept on giving us dirty looks. Delicious! First time having a bowl and this was the place to start my addiction. So good and so fresh.

I've been there about three times and every time I've gone they've taken out pieces of fish because they "put too much". Like I'm paying $12 for them to give me the bare minimum. They don't fill up the bowl compared to the Dover location and they don't acknowledge you when you walk through the door. Like I walked up to the counter and they were sat on the floor on their phones. I don't recommend this place but the Dover one is completely different. So if you're willing to make the drive it might be more worth it. read more

4 of us got poke bowls over memorial day weekend and my boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning from what we suspect was the chicken in the bowl. He was the only one that got sick out of the 4 of us but he did order double spicy chicken. Food is great, except for the portions. I asked about how the portions work for the meat, and they kept on saying a completely different answer to what was being asked. The service though, my goodness what a travesty. Multiple occasions, I walk in and the two workers are just sitting behind the counter and when I approach the building station, the one women says in a very rude voice " what you want". No greeting or anything. I go along and keep myself calm and still using manners such as please and thank you. I ask for sushi rice and then see I can get half and half for the base, so I say can I get brown rice too. " No " is the response. Alright lets move on then I say. I ask for my edamame and carrots and the worker keeps on moving forward, even when I ask for more vegetables and fruits. And don't ask for extra pineapple, the face and disgust they give you is wild (extra pineapple means one more piece)! I already discussed how I questioned the half and half for meat, but no clear response. So I go ahead and get my shrimp and spicy salmon. But lo behold, one scoop of shrimp and then 1/4 a scoop of salmon. And to push it even more, the worker slowly scoops out one more singular piece of salmon for my bowl. I kept my calm the whole time while both workers were sighing at me and exchanging looks. This has not happened once either. I come in at least once a month and I try to give them another chance. But wow, they never change. This is quite honestly the worst service I have ever dealt with after going to thousands of restaurants across America and even overseas.
