A good sauce to mix it with is the chipotle and mild spicy house poke. This fast casual restaurant is clean, has friendly staff and uses clover to earn points. I called this location to let them know that they had messed up my order, and spoke to the girl who actually made my order and she was very sweet, she didn't know what to tell me because she had assured me that my order was correct before it went out the door, she offered to let me speak to her manager which I did, I had no intentions of getting anyone in trouble nor did I want any sort of refund, merely just to call the location of the store and let them know that the order was messed up so that hopefully it didn't happen to someone in the future or again myself if I order from this place, which I will not be doing because of how rude the manager was when I had talk to her she just was uncaring and honestly don't understand how you can be a manager if you're not willing to listen to your customers problems and concerns. read more

I love coming here. The food ia really good. I typically order a small with white rice. Mostly everything on it. Spicy tuna and tamago are my favorite proteins. For sauce I'll usually get chipotle mayo and eel sauce. The beef bowl and baked salmon bowls are really good too. I would recommend those as well. read more

My boyfriend and I wanted to try this place out after getting a buy one get one free regular bowl coupon (thanks Facebook!) Upon arriving we quickly placed our order. The service was great. Professional, friendly, and fast! Our order only came out to be $11 (after tip). My boyfriend and I were full before we even finished it all. You can't beat that! As far as our poke bowls go, we both really liked them! One thing to watch out for: I would recommend is getting a little bit of cilantro, as they keep the stems, which can be overbearing for some (but I love cilantro so it didn't bother me in the least, lol.) My co-worker raved about this place so I went with her for lunch one day. Unfortunately, it didn't really do it for me. It was obviously during their lunch rush so things were a little hectic. Since it was my first time, it was hard to understand what was an extra option and what was what... so I just guessed and picked a few things that I liked. I did like that it tasted "fresh", but I felt the bowl was still fairly small to be almost $10. The seating inside was fair, and they have a few outside seats if you get lucky. Wow! Pokeritto! I love poke and have been to many establishments from Hawaii to Baltimore. There are dozens in socal, and I have my faves but I was pleasantly surprised by this shop in Temecula. This is a real gem for Temecula. Located in the Hobby Lobby center with lots of parking. This place stays busy which is always a good sign. When you start your bowl you get a choice of white or brown rice, mixed greens or 50/50. I usually go 50/50 brown rice and greens. Then you you have two choices of eight different proteins for a regular. A large you get three scoops of protein. I usually go with the tuna and salmon. Next the sauces, about six choices then twenty different topings....lol I usuall get everything but jalapenos and citrus. The bowls are fresh and delicious, proteins are equally as fresh and tasty. They also have ice cream macaroons! The place is clean and we'll lighted. Service is really good through the lines, no rush. They also have some outside patio tables....so dog friendly! read more

PROS: They are all super friendly & helpful here, the portions are decent, unlimited toppings, the yuzu ponzu sauce is off the chain, in love with their imitation crab salad & seaweed salad, prices are affordable, place is clean & organized nicely, they got me hooked on their tako, and I hoard all their recyclable containers. CONS: (Reasons for deducting one star)...it's hard to hear anything thru the glass divider, please stop calling it octopus, it's called tako! Asked for a spicy ahi (tuna) poke bowl and didn't realize the spicy ahi was literally just some sort of cat food-like paste. I asked for some regular diced ahi tossed in spicy mayo. I'd recommend the avocado as well (didn't order it because most places charge extra but they don't). Tasters that I tried from my gf's order: avocado & octopus. Both were delicious! I've tried a few poke places around town (there are so many now!), and this is my favorite. With my work schedule, I usually end up here near closing, especially with their winter hours. (There's a sign on the door that says they close at 8pm, not 9 like Google says). It's been somewhat busy the last few times I've been there, but the staff has always been really friendly and helpful despite the line. I try a new combination every time I visit, and the people that work there are always really patient with my indecision, haha. A lot of the time they've actually helped me make a decision, based on what goes good together. The ingredients are good quality, and it's in a pretty good location. Not too hard to find especially if you know your way around Temecula. It's comparable in price to other poke places I've been to in the area, even with the extra charge for avocado, extra protein, etc. I'm giving them 4 stars, only because their bowls are too small for the amount of food they give, so it can get a little messy when I try to mix everything. read more

My son wanted poke so we chose this place because we were nearby. I had been here before, but after having good poke somewhere else I thought to try it here again. The servings were generous, however it was nearly impossible to hear the girls working behind the counter putting the bowls together. They were so soft spoken we had to ask them to repeat what they were saying several times. We bought 3 large bowls to bring home. When we came home we were halfway through our meal when my son found a long dark hair in his food (possibly like the hair of the girl who prepped our bowls). Needles to say, that was the end of our meal. My son called the restaurant to let them know and the girl who answered the phone said "okay, is there something you would like me to tell my manager?" Um , yeah, that there was a hair in my son's food! We asked that the manager call us back, which he did, only to tell us that he could refund us the price of the bowl if we brought back the receipt along with the uneaten food the next day! Why not just take our word for it? Why would we spend $67 which included a tip only to try to score a free bowl? Waste of time and money. read more
