Im back out again! And I've never heard of poke doke until That day. Looking at the place it was nicely put together and nice inside. Due to going to training I couldn't stop and eat but we took the food to go. They were so friendly to explain how to order the bowl was delicious! It reminded me of chipotle/qdoba but with raw meat! I couldn't try the other options! But the honey dew boba tea is definitely 10/10 recommend. It's a bit expensive but it's truly good. I would come back indeed!

This is a pretty standard poke restaurant. They offer a quite a few options for sizes, and there are a lot of ingredient options to choose from. The fish tasted clean and fresh, and my combination overall tasted great. Price is pretty standard for poke. Service was pretty quick and nice. There's not really anybody inside eating, so it would probably be better doing takeout, which is what I did. Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite in Central West End, I think this is a good option.

It's been a while since I've had poke, but this place was good. There was a really solid amount of meat on my Volcano Bowl, although I would've appreciated more crispy onions. It cost $18, which sounds like a lot -- but considering it's as filling as two sushi rolls, the price is reasonable. The restaurant was empty, so service was fast. Definitely recommend!

I came here for lunch one week day and was able to park on the surface lot. Since that was my first time there, I wasn't sure what to order at first. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and I ended up ordering a PokeDoke Bowl over lettuce (which I appreciate you can switch up the base if you don't want rice) and my friend ordered the Volcano Bowl which I stared at with jealously. I see they serve other things such as chicken wings so I will definitely come back and check that out.

I noticed they've moved from across the street and the food quality has definitely improved. Poke is one of my favorites and I always feel taken care of by the staff when ordering. The store is not busy so if you need a quick bite and a little bit of peace I'd recommend. I always grab a bowl from here on the way to the chase lol and as long as there's spicy tuna and extra seaweed I'm pretty satisfied.

Quick lunch review Very yummy. Fresh ingredients but for what they charge my bowl should be overflowing!!! Cali Bowl and some Goyza!!!

I've had PokeDoke several times now, and I've been impressed every time! The Central West End location somewhat recently moved across the street, so I visited their new location for the first time last night! The interior is very nice, clean, and spacious! Service has been great in all my past visits, but the employees who helped us last night were especially amazing! They were all so incredibly friendly and personable. The food itself is delicious. I created my own bowl with brown rice, chicken, edamame, carrots, green onion, sesame seeds, pineapple, mango, cucumber, and teriyaki mayo. They have a wide variety of topping options... there's something for everyone! If you like spice, my boyfriend loves the Volcano Bowl. Love this place!

Great food and very nice place. It's a build your own poke bowl place - lots of fresh ingredients and vegetables & fruits. Tons of customizations and sauces to add I got tofu and spicy tuna - loved it !! Bubble tea was yummy as well.

Highly recommend! This was my first time in and I was not disappointed! The place is very clean, everyone was very nice and it was a laid back casual ambiance. I recommend order a BYOP (Build Your Own Poke Bowl). Min included: Salad base, mild sauce, cucumbers, cooked salmon, avocado and spicy mayo. I am keto so really have to watch what I eat. It was delicious! The customer service was fabulous. All the employees were really nice and had the facility running smooth. There were five people in line and they were in and out within a few minutes!

Oh how I love the poke bowls here. I usually get the build your own regular sized bowl, which is very generous size. You get 2 big scoops of protein (I get salmon and tuna; keep in mind this is poke, so it's raw, but they do have some cooked options). I usually get the white sushi rice, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, non spicy sauce, pineapple, sometimes avocado, crab meat, and the teriyaki mayo. Oh. My. Lawd. It's so freaking good. I just discovered won ton chips, which are the perfect accompaniment to this poke masterpiece. I generally order online ahead of time. It's always ready at the specified time, and it's always been correct. It's an easy pick up, although last time, several employees were just sitting looking at me while I stood there trying to pick up my bag. That seemed to be an off day, though. This is in the central west end, so if you're picking up for lunch during the week, keep in mind- that area is crazy and parking isn't easy. It's worth the extra effort, though.

Fresh ingredients, great service, unlimited ingredients, lots of customizations!! What more could you ask for! PokeDoke in CWE was fantastic - their bowls are packed full of flavor and fresh ingredients. They have some bowl options on the menu but I'm a custom bowl kinda gal. I did the regular size (which was huge) and got tofu and spicy tuna. I also got tons of fresh veggies and fruits added to my bowl - they have delicious sauces and everyone was very nice and patient with everyone's customizations. I also got the crab Rangoon which were sooooo good! Warm and delicious! They were more cream cheese Vs crab forward but still very good, I would get them again. I liked the overall "industrial vibe" of this location! Can't wait to go again!

Inside, it's way more spacious than you'd expect, with tall ceilings and around 20ish seats. Feels like they do a lot of takeout too. I really liked the iPad kiosk setup to customize your order, its super easy to use. We went with the poke bowl with one protein and the toppings were generous and the sauces were really good. My only gripe was that the protein felt a little light compared to the amount of rice and toppings. I'll probably do extra protein or double up next time to balance it out better. While we were eating, a lot of people kept coming in just for bubble tea, so that's clearly a favorite here too. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Oh and the chairs have cushion on them instead of being hard plastic, small detail but I appreciated it after a long time of walking around. Great corner location, solid poke. I would like to preface this review by saying that I lived in Hawaii for five years. I have always been a plate lunch enthusiast. I was happy to see that Buzz's menu offers everything you could want to make a delicious meal reminiscent of the islands. Traditionally, plate lunch includes two scoops of rice, a scoop of mac salad, and a protein. Sticky sweet teriyaki sauce on chicken or steak, or crispy chicken katsu, or maybe Kalua pork are all good options. I went with the kalbi ribs and garlic shrimp. The kalbi was done well. The garlic shrimp missed the mark for me. In fairness, my frame of reference is Giovanni's shrimp truck on the North Shore of Hawaii. This shrimp was dry and was missing the garlic butter sauce. We also tried the lumpia, manapua, kalua sandwich, and an order of loaded fries. This is just a small portion of their amazing menu. I'm confident there is something for everyone. My favorite part of the meal were the signature Dole Whip. I was momentarily transported back to the Dole pineapple plantation! If you're more adventurous the lilikoi are absolutely amazing!! That is outside of the HUGE wait times of DoorDash orders coming through and stalling the people waiting in line to order. The staff were working HARD to get through the line, but they were just overworked. We got an order of garlic shrimp that came with rice, mac salad, and a pineapple slice for some reason. We also ordered the Poke Bomb Flight which is fried tofu skins filled with rice and topped with poke. The Poke Bomb Flight, or inari, was pretty good! I liked the flavor of the poke and it was a great one bite situation. The garlic shrimp however was small - like not even plate lunch servings. It was 5 pieces of shrimp, two small scoops of rice, and mayo heavy mac salad. They must be doing something right though with all those DoorDash orders, but we won't be coming back to try more.
