Came back to visit since I liked it to much the first time and decided to get a poke bowl this time. It was absolutely delicious. This place lives up to the hype! Service is also great. The employees here are always so helpful and they always have my food ready for pick up. They really load up the bowl too! I also got some freeze dried candy they have for sale since I've been wanting to tru it for a while. It was so yummy and the perfect sweet treats to finish off my bowl. If you're a poke lover like myself, you have to give this place a try!

This rice it was brown I didn't eat it cause it was undercooked and hard.

Do not go here it is nasty, the rice was hard, the baby mix tasted like it was not washed, the shrimp was so raw. Waste of my money can't believe I paid 17$, a whole hour of work.

Everything about the valley glen location was amazing ! Andre helped us make a delicious poke burrito and bowl and we were so happy to find this spot nearby to us since we love poke!! Tried this place for the first time today and it was really great! First off service was great. The guy who served me, Ian, was very friendly and helpful in creating my bowl. Had a great attitude and also made a tasty bowl! Great service The food itself was really good. Flavors were on point and everything came together well. I do wish the fish was a bit colder bc for me it just feels more fresh then. But maybe that's bc the rice is warm? Maybe having like everything cold option would be cool One note is that the cucumber may have gone off, it was super bitter so I had to pick those out. But other than that everything was perfect! I had a training in town and was looking at what lunch options I had a saw Pokitomik and knew it was the spot. I ordered online before they were open and set my pickup time between 1145-1200 and as I walked in at 1155 it was ready to go cheewho. The large bowl was more like and xl brown the thing was massive! I made some request comments to add extra seaweed salad for my extra options I didn't use and for wasabi and ginger to be on the side and they nailed it perfectly! The freshness, quality and over all execution was phenomenal and I would 10/10 eat here any time in in town!! read more

Sushi burritos are fantastic! We went with soy paper, the sweet salmon (teriyaki glazed) and shoyu tuna for the proteins, and spicy crab salad and a variety of toppings. I love poke but getting it in a burrito is even better. I've had it before with Cheeto dust but this time I decided plain might be better -- I was right! read more

This place really surprised me! I loved it! It's a totally different take on sushi that both me and my teenagers loved. Being able to create my own roll was mind blowing. So many different options that I've already gone back to try something new. The team works very quickly to put it together so you never have to wait long. I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fish. You're going to love it! read more

We got two of the regular bowls with the sweet salmon & it was very good. Fish seems to be fresh & we liked the choice of toppings that were available. I do wish that the scoops of protein were bigger. We always get the hot Cheetos dust as our final dry topping. The service was quick, we will be back to this location :D read more

This is one of the best poke places near me! Everytime I visit I have a very good experience. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. Great poki bowls, but while I found all my selections, I would've preferred a few more. But this was my own preference and bias. I came to Hikari Sushi with my sister and a friend, and when my sister's roll was brought to the table, there was a fly sitting directly on the sushi. We immediately pointed it out to the waitress. Instead of apologizing, she casually told us that there are "always flies in the restaurant," as if that somehow made the situation acceptable. She did replace the roll, but brought out an entirely different roll than the one my sister originally ordered. When my sister politely explained that it wasn't the correct item, the waitress argued with her and insisted that she "should have been more specific" because there are multiple versions of a Dragon Roll. Rather than simply acknowledging the mistake and correcting it, she continued debating with the customer before eventually bringing the correct order. As frustrating as the experience itself was, what happened afterward was even more disappointing. My sister left a review describing exactly what occurred, and instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the owner publicly claimed that the fly landed on the roll before it reached our table and that the waitress had already replaced it before it was served. That is simply not what happened. The roll with the fly was served directly to our table. How would we see the fly if the roll was never served to us?? Makes absolutely no sense. We all saw it. Otherwise, there would've been nothing for us to point out. Everyone makes mistakes. A fly can get into a restaurant despite a business's best efforts. What determines good customer service is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, there was no genuine apology, unnecessary arguing with a customer over an incorrect replacement order, and then a public response that completely contradicted what we personally experienced instead of accepting responsibility. The lack of accountability was far more disappointing than the original mistake. I hope the restaurant takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and understands that honesty and accountability go a long way toward rebuilding trust.

Neon lights, cute signage, and overall they just did a really great job with the design and execution. There's a lot going on but it doesn't feel cheap. Ambiance is definitely A+. For dinner on a weeknight we found this spot wasn't too busy but we also came after happy hour. It was a relaxed vibe. Service was overall pretty good. I felt like all of the gals working were very very sweet and nice. Also, anytime we stopped them to ask for refills and such we got what we asked for. That's my only upgrade as since it wasn't super busy, it would have been nice for the staff to catch the refills on water or salsa on their own/more proactively but hey, it was again a relaxed lowkey night and the staff couldn't have been lovelier. I'm just curious how the service would be if they were super busy? Now on to the food and drinks. The menu was very impressive! Solid cocktail and drinks menu. I'm bummed I didn't get a cocktail but my party doesn't drink so it was more fun to get an agua Fresca with them. The guava one was good and served nicely chilled. However, next time I'll definitely get a cocktail because their drinks looked fun and beautiful. The food was definitely the standout for me. I ordered the cheese enchiladas Suizas and they were a 10/10. Not comparable to most enchiladas I've had but the sauce was fantastic and unique. I really loved these enchiladas and I'd honestly get them again. Solid flavor in the rice and beans as well. My friends also enjoyed their meal and it seemed like everyone was happy. The pricing is a little steep for Mexican food but also the ambiance and presentation make sense to me why it'd be a little more. For the three of us the bill was over $100. And that's for three mains and three non-alcoholic drinks. Normally at $33-ish a person I'd hope for at least a beer with my enchiladas, so keep that in mind. As a special occasion place or a spot to celebrate this spot is truly fantastic. I honestly loved my meal so much that even with the price point I'd rush back and bring more friends because this spot is vibey. Tonight was my fourth time going to PokiTomik. I've been hooked since the first time my fiance and I went! We both got the bowls the first time and they were delicious. We have gone back and tried the wonton tacos ~ also delicious! The food is full of flavor and delicious! Tonight we went in and got a few bowls and 2 tacos, our server Aaron was so awesome! As soon as we walked in he greeted us and seemed very friendly and welcoming. He was engaged while we ordered and hyped up all the food we were ordering. He definitely made the experience great. I've been to many different poki places, but nothing beats Poki Tomik. The food is incredibly delicious -- everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can truly tell they care about quality. The customer service was amazing, especially Andre. He was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
