To add injury to insult on my end: the two young men were rude and aggressive at the initial consultation. I had to finally get them to leave my place. shame on them. There are many honest companies. I was harassed, charge an expensive fee, the price of a new unit but (as said) for my unitI had in my place. one kind gentleman could not stop the over charging. if they replaced with a brand new unit (which they absolutely did not) I would not be writing this. Arts Pluming is still in business after so many complaints. Let's be smart and get estimates and not allow this company to continue the harassment (as I received from the first two boys). Nice guy... Shovels off septic tank and sticks his head in to take a peek, releases overflow valve(which was not pretty), and diagnoses that we've got ice in the pipe...a couple buckets of hot water and some elbow grease with the snake... Kaboom! Problem solved. Fair pricing, nice local guy - we joked around and he had a smile on his face the whole time...going to have him back to help us re-do a shower when the weather warms up. I doubt very much that I'll ever use them given they can't even handle normal business communication properly.
