The venue is beautifully located within minutes of hotels, shopping, and anything you need but tucked away for an intimate beautiful wedding. All week we were concerned about rain for the outside wedding, and the day of it was touch and go up until the service. Carmen was extremely flexible up until the minute of the ceremony which allowed our daughter to have the service where she wanted. We didn't just rent a venue, but the support, knowledge, and expertise of a wedding planner who values the importance of the day! You can't go wrong hosting any event at the Bush House.

Interrupting rehearsal Friday evening to explain how to work a door. Saturday while setting up for the wedding, she was underfoot showing the venue to another party - that should be done when there is no one at the venue, not the morning of a wedding. She was rude when asked questions and gave very short, curt answers. Venue beautiful - owner, not so much.

He also sent LIES to the BBB and said that he provided things that he did not provide and blamed his unprofessionalism on our, "unruly and very intoxicated," guests. This was absolutely not the case - I did not even drink at the wedding - so I know exactly what happened! He also insinuated that I was happy with him until the bills came due. Please don't make the same mistake that I did!

He also worked with my videographer and photographer wonderfully, making sure they knew what was happening next so they could get great shots. Understanding that substitutions may need to happen when ordering arrangements, the delivered arrangement was in no way close to what was represented on the website. The fullness alone was a fraction of what it should have been, with the size resembling a supermarket bouquet placed in a vase. I'm not sure if this is typical for Hall's Florist, or if they just didn't have enough resources to create a properly full arrangement.
