I wouldn't touch this company ever again if you paid me. I was promised everything would be perfect, yet after three years they couldn't care less about actually finishing the work off to an acceptable standard. Items that were requested to be fitted to the windows weren't and I've been fobbed off with they weren't on the paperwork Two idiots installing who couldn't care less either, who also managed to damage slate roofs by standing on themsomething which I'm still dealing with patching up but will require a full re-slate. Aftersales service forget it, promise after promise, lie after lie. After 2.5 years they sent one poor guy out on a Friday afternoon who to be honest did his best but he had no idea of the scale of the problem he was sent to tackle. Shop around and spend your money with a company that values its customers this one doesn`t. Remedial work post installation took over two months to complete. A problem less than a year later was firstly dealt with by the offer of a visit in 4 weeks time. When told this was unacceptable we got a visit within a week where we were then faced with a surly and unhelpful man who has clearly forgotten that it is customers who pay his wages. A little politeness and civility go a long way in business and give you confidence that the company you are dealing with actually care for their customers. The fact that this man has a customer facing role with Polar tells me all I need to know about how important they consider good customer service. There are better companies out there, so save your money and shop around for one that values its customers not just their money. read more
