two very disappointing experiences at this salon. The first time, the nail technician cut me so deeply while removing what she said was an ingrown nail that I was bleeding. I trusted her judgment and assumed I just had a severe ingrown nail. Thankfully, my toe healed after a couple of days. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened during my second visit--except it was worse. As shown in the photo, she cut so deeply that I was left with an open wound and a sharp piece of nail that was extremely painful. I called the salon to express my concerns, and they told me to come back so they could look at it and "treat it" if possible. If I ended up needing medical care, they said I would have to pay out of pocket first, then submit the bill for reimbursement. While I appreciated that they offered to look at it, what I really wanted was for them to acknowledge that this should never have happened--especially twice. Instead, the manager showed very little empathy and became argumentative when I requested a refund. I wasn't asking for anything beyond my money back after being injured during the service. The lack of concern for my experience was more upsetting than the injury itself. The salon may look beautiful, but don't let the appearance fool you into thinking customer care comes first. Based on my experience, I won't be returning, and I hope others think carefully before trusting this salon with their pedicures. read more

- ZERO STARS Very disgusted with my experience today. I have only ever come here for pedicures and decided to give them a chance with my nails since my regular nail technician no longer works on Sundays. The first technician asked what I wanted done. I explained that I wanted my Gel-X removed and builder gel applied to my natural nails. She immediately grabbed my hands and was about to start cutting. When I explained that this wasn't how my nails had been removed before and that I was concerned, she packed up her things, walked away, and went to another customer without saying a word. A second technician came over with a poor attitude and asked the same questions. I politely asked how long she had been doing nails because I was feeling anxious after a previous salon damaged my nails. Instead of answering or reassuring me, she got up and walked away as well. The manager/owner then approached me and repeatedly told me to "calm down" because it was already the second technician. I explained that I was calm and simply anxious due to a previous bad experience. Rather than listening to my concerns, she dismissed them and continued telling me to calm down before walking away. At that point, I felt completely disrespected and unwelcome. No one took the time to address my concerns, answer a simple question, or provide basic customer service. I got up and left. I will never return. Customer service matters, and the way I was treated by both the staff and management was unprofessional and disappointing. If a customer expresses concerns, they should be met with communication and reassurance not dismissal and attitude. I will never give my money to disgusting establishment like this !! read more

I should have spent my money elsewhere. The pedicurist cut my toe nails too short. This will cause painful ingrown nails in the future. I see this happen to patients all of the time. I came here based off a recommendation from a coworker and I had a great experience! I made a reservation calling over the phone (I don't believe they have a website/take online reservations) and even though I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, they were able to take me in right away :) The inside is very spacious and they have soooo many chairs, which I didn't expect from the outside, haha. I chose the basic manicure and pedicure with gel polish. I believe Megan was the one that did my mani, and Kelly did my pedi, and they were both great! Megan seemed a little newer, but she was still meticulous with her work and made sure to check with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with the nail length, polish, etc., which I really appreciated! Kelly was super professional, quick, and efficient. She is really sweet and very detail oriented, so I definitely plan on asking for her again when I come back! If I had to nitpick, my only minor complaint would be that the polish ended up being a little streaky, but that was because the polish seemed a little dry, not because of the skill of the tech herself. However, you can only really tell in person and not in pictures, so it's not a huge deal. Also, I wish there were pictures of the prices posted somewhere online (I should've taken a picture of the prices but I forgot also LOL). My mani was $45 (there was an upcharge for French, but I don't remember the exact pricing) and my pedi was also $45. I think the prices here are quite reasonable and there's also a small discount if you pay cash instead of card. Overall, this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had in a nail salon, and I definitely plan on coming back here for my future manicures and pedicures :) read more

A friend recommended this nail salon and overall I'm content enough that I keep coming back though the quality of the service is a hit or miss. Some technicians cut my cuticles and make me bleed, some are more gentle and careful. Some times my nails come out so clean and cute and pretty, and some times there are missed spots or bumpy or chunky. I've been coming here for years, but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I got a gel builder set with Julie--while the shape was nice, she over-drilled, leaving my nails thin and fragile. They bent within hours. When I returned the next day, the front desk girl was rude and dismissive, telling me I'd have to wait despite my concerns. I asked if someone else could help, but was told again to wait. She gave me major attitude throughout the interaction--she definitely needs training in customer service. When Julie finally saw me, she didn't remove the old gel or top coat--she just added more gel builder directly on top of my already polished nails, then buffed and added a top coat. The result was lumpy, uneven nails and patchy chrome. I ended up walking back in, and again the front desk girl was unhelpful and condescending when I asked for a proper fix. Eventually, another tech redid them from scratch and did a much better job--her shaping was great, but she only applied small amounts of gel builder, so my nails still felt paper-thin. I had to ask for extra product just to feel like they wouldn't bend or break. Now, just a day later, I'm having the same issue--my nails feel weak and like they're going to bend at any moment. I've been getting gel builder for years and have never experienced anything like this. What made it worse was the uncomfortable atmosphere--staff were clearly speaking about clients in another language and laughing while glancing around, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I really didn't want to leave a negative review, but the poor service, lack of accountability, and disappointing quality make it hard not to speak up--especially after being a loyal customer for so long. read more

She cut too deep into my cuticle and I can see that there's a little bit of blood/tenderness on my right index finger. I honestly do not know how this place is always so busy and they have so many reviews. I've been here twice and both times my nails turned out horrible. I told them what I wanted and they gave me the wrong color. Then they overcharge for dip and just everything overall. I came in with one broken nail and need an extension. That was $5 for ONE. The dip was $55 but they charged me $65 for shaping. WTF?! Isn't it supposed to be included. I guess I was spoiled at my last salon that just charged me $40 for dip with everything included. They run this place like a fast food which is to try to go as fast so they can take the next person. However, the workers are amazing! They are friendly. However, in two weeks I had to go back 3 times because the nails kept breaking. At the the salon I usually go to, this has never happened. The first time I went back, one nail cracked. And while I was there I asked them to fix the color. The second time I went, another nail cracked. The owner just put gel over it. Didn't fix it. So it completely broke off and tore a tiny piece of skin. It hurt! So the third time I went, the younger of the two Owner was like weren't you just here a few days ago? I said yeah and the nail broke again. She said you need to get a new set. It's been two weeks. I'm like NO I'm not paying for a new set this soon. So she said we're going to charge you to fix this broken nail and I was like fine. But they didn't end up charging me. At this point, I'm over it. By the end of this week, I had 3 nails left. She did a beautiful job with my toes and there was no pressure to do add-on, they offer once and accept what you choose! I do enjoy their upgraded pedicure but even their basic one is fantastic!
