I was told there would be an additional $38 charge on top of the manicure price simply for clear gel. The charges were excessive and not clearly explained beforehand. The worst part was the manager's attitude. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she asked whether I had a regular nail technician and told me that, if she were me, she would go back to that person. That was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional--especially coming from a manager. From the unreasonable wait despite having an appointment, to the excessive upcharges, to the manager practically telling me to take my business elsewhere, the entire experience was horrible. I felt completely disrespected and unwelcome. I will not return, and I would not recommend Germantown Nails Spa to anyone who values their time, fair pricing, or basic customer service.
