I shared my cleaning wishlist on the request form found online when you request service and I would say that it was fair and their approach to what I needed was excellent. They cleaned everything to my remembrance that I had on my list and my list seemed quite long. I believe it took the full time to clean and their detail to the small things mattered to me. I spoke to them about what I needed before they began to clean and they realistically shared what they could perform in the given time. When me and my little girl God home she was in aw, she kept trying to figure out if she was in the right home and kept saying mommy it's so clean "it is so cute". My only regret is that my money wasn't long enough to have given them a grand monetary tip and that my money is too short at this time to hire them to clean bi-weekly. They saved me so much time! Possibly hours. I will have them back at my home in August to help me with a very special project. To just establish more order. These ladies have restored a sense of balance and order into my life through their cleaning approach. They were amazing and extremely professional. The quality of work was perfect and communication I had with Dreama and was excellent. Great experience with Dreama and a great cleaning team who helped get my home back into shape. Sometimes the crew doesn't show up at the scheduled time so always presume an hour window give/take. They're typically finishing up another home and I wouldn't expect them to rush out of mine to the next appointment.. Well worth it for the job done. All rooms vacuumed, dusted, picked up, windows wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned perfectly. It may seem silly but I love how the blankets are folded and even my daughter's (10 million!) stuffies arranged on her bed. It's a thoughtful touch. We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.
