DO NOT.. I repeat, Do not go here. . I was cut multiple times and on two different visits (see pictures). Nina worked on my nails and was hopping in between clients and rushing through my nails as if she was the only person there (several other nail techs available, but she said she was the only one that could). Even with other nail techs working she was "helping them" and saying " she doesn't know how , but I have to do it" but the other tech was having clients walk out and pay to what must've been a fine job. I assumed Nina would be the best, but she managed to cut my skin and cause me to bleed multiple times. Three days later, I had a nail fall off and another on the way out. Pictures below show 3 days old wounds, while the last one was the new wound after it was fixed. Not only that, I asked for French tips with a specific color. She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. So Polished has always been my go to. I was skeptical with it was under new management and had all new tech. However I decided to stop in today because my nails and toes screammmed for help. I was so surprised with how refreshing the new look is. It's gorgeous. But more importantly the service was amazing. I have neuropathy in my feet and having to find a new tech is always overwhelming but to my surprise it was so comfortable and relaxing. Me explaining my condition was welcomed and everyone was so accommodating. My nail tech was Tom (Tien) and Nina did my pedicure. I am so satisfied. Thank you guys so much and see you soon. I've been here twice. The first time I came in, Sam did my nails. He did an excellent job, they looked fantastic, and I was super happy with the service. The second time I came here was a bit of a different story. They seemed overwhelmed when I came in despite having multiple techs and only a few people in the salon. The tech I had was very sweet, but unfortunately she did not speak any English which caused a major barrier in communication. I decided to trust the process and ended up regretting it. I asked for almond shape and was given round. When I tried to say something about it, she just smiled and nodded. She didn't cut, file, or shape my actual nails, and poorly glued on tips without asking. I watched her physically look at the tip on my right nail lift, and continue to just work around it anyways. I also asked to get my eyebrows waxed and they completely forgot. When the cashier reminded one of the women, she was clearly frustrated and rushed through my eyebrow wax. I had to clean them up myself at home. I didn't notice how bad the nail shaping was until I left the salon. It's been about two weeks now and I've let them grow out, and they just look horrible. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a nails hop. San did my nails on 11/15/25. He did cat eye on my nails. On 11/17/25 the color begin to peel. I called the shop they told me he was off and and I told them what happen, I was told he was returning on Tuesday 11/8/25 and he could fix it. I called Tuesday they told me he was on vacation and the manager could fix it on Saturday 11/22/25. I came to the show on 11/22/25 and was told Sam has quit. I told the young lady I needed my nails re done. She told me only the manager could fix it because 3 other people have quit and she was the only one that could re do my nails. The manager came to the front and was very rude to me and told me she could not do my nails until 12 noon. I told her I spent $131.00 and she had no compassion. I told her I had a black tie event she didn't care. The only reason I went back because I needed my nails re done before the event. I decided to go back at 12 noon. When I returned she said she could only one nail. I was heartbroken due to that I began to cry she ask me to come back @ 3pm she can redo all the nails. I could not believe how unconcern she was. I left in disbelief. I returned @ 3pm in my black tie attire. She was still rude and I just ask her to just polish my nails black because I just wanted to leave because I wasn't wanted. The front desk lady apologize for the way I as treated. As I was at the black tie event the nail polish begin to peel. See photo. What a night. I will never ever return. My nails are hideous and I was charged 78 dollars. I wanted short to medium length ombre hot pink and black dipped nails. Angel kept ignoring me and saying long nails are sexy. I continued to tell her they were to long and she kept saying she would cut them. She did not dip them she got glue all under my nails. I should not have paid them but I was just overwhelmed by the experience and wanted out of there. Everyone I showed thought they looked cheap and hideous. I will now have to pay someone else to take them off. Do not trust Angel or go to this place. I have never payed more than 50 for my nails. I only went because my phone was being repaired at samsung. Polished Nail Bar was my go-to place when my husband and I needed to do our monthly (sometimes bimonthly) pedicure. They were recently bought out. The place remained "Polished Nail Bar", but the interior was completely changed and altered. The changes they made weren't bad though, they were actually quite beautiful. Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed, when I went there this afternoon, was that the staff members had all been replaced by new staff members. We decided we'd give them a shot, why not? The owners may have changed things up a bit but the menus were almost exactly the same as they were before, but, unfortunately this is where we made our mistake. The pedicures we received were mediocre, and the writing was just general enough that they could claim the time once spent on a leg, shoulder, and neck massage was actually time spent on the pedicure as a whole. My pedicurist was unintentionally hurting me, even causing me to slightly bleed. But he was moving so fast, by the time I figured out what the pain was from and what was causing it, we were already on the next step of the pedicure. Overall, the pedicure was done well. My feet definitely looked better after he was finished, but now it was time to check out with the attendant at the front desk. There was some confusion about the deal being offered to former customer, sent to us via text message. She was immediately hostile by saying "most people call ahead of time", as if it was our fault for not doing what "most other people" seem to have been doing... Her lovely and rude check out finally ended with her, saying "it's not really my fault". This is a sad day because we've lost some good friends at Polished Nail Bar. We often only went to see Linda and Lynn, who worked under the old management. We thought we would give it a chance and have both been gravely disappointed and bullied by a teenage girl running the front desk. We will no longer be going to Polished Nail Bar. read more

Prices are very reasonable and lots of fun add ons if you want to do a specialty pedicure. I've had the champagne and roses pedi, a regular pedi, I've added on the paraffin wax which of course is awesome. They offer beverages as well and I enjoy their massage chairs. I normally get my eyebrows threaded elsewhere, but in the event of being in a hurry I will come here for a brow wax. Overall this is a great neighborhood spot to take care of your self care needs! Just moved back to Texas and starting over from 0, I haven't had my nails done in about a year and finally was comfortable enough to get them done so I went to polished because I didn't have a problem 2 years ago when I was last there, I wanted a mani pedi and everything looked good till the next day. I got white toes with some sparkles in it and upon further inspection in morning realized they were just plain white, the nails looked good but after 3 days 50% of my nails are coming off from the cuticle side. I can't touch my hair without it getting snagged and pulled out from under my nails. I also wanted gel nails and they sat there and bugged me for a long time about dip saying it will last longer and obviously is not the case, I told them I tried dip one other time and didn't like it and not I remember why.... I can't believe my nails look like this after 4 days of doing nothing. I was so excited to finally have my nails done after a year (as someone who's used to getting them done 2x a month) so I'm pretty devastated. I'm going to contact them about fixing them and will change my review depending on how it's handled. read more

Do NOT go here!! Today I decided to patronize this establishment because I had a decent experience the last time, but never again! The manager is DEPLORABLE! He yelled at one of his employees the last time but I dismissed his horrible behavior! Today, my nail tech quoted me $48 for my service. At some point, her manager came by and asked her why she didn't charge me more for my nails. She said, "He wanted to know why I didn't charge more, but I didn't charge for takeoff. Next time it will be a fee, but no worries! No worries..ok?!!" I said, "Ok, thank you! I will be sure to add that to your tip!" I asked my nail tech 5x before starting my nails what the price would be and she said $48. When I got to the register, her manager said, "$64!" I said, "Sir I was NEVER quoted this amount and I asked several times before she ever started!" The manager said to me, "It doesn't matter what the tech tells you, it's what I decide because I am the manager!" I literally have no words! This is robbery and I didn't have the time to go back and forth. My dad is a retired police chief so I will definitely be asking how to proceed further with this because if this behavior happened to me, I'm sure it has happed to others. Did I have the money? Yes..but what if I didn't? You can't quote one price and then go up without telling the customer. That would have given me the opportunity to go somewhere else! As a 13 year Frisco resident with a vast network, I will be telling everyone that I know not to patronize here. Since new ownership, this place has gone downhill. I had a 5:00 appointment on sunday and no one helped me until 545. These are the ugliest, sloppiest and uneven nail set I've ever gotten anywhere and the woman who did my nails was very nasty when I tried to tell her to file them down more. She kept talking about me to Linda who was doing a pedicure and looking back at me being rude because I didn't like the nails and maybe she was trying to go home? I visited this place less than a week ago. My nails are breaking on the tips...I came for the special and it says 50 percent off a second service - they only give you 50% of the cheapest service. I called and asked about it before I came. I picked a nex gen color for my nails and the matching gel color for my toes but the nail color was dull and not like the book I picked it out of- I explained this to nail tech and the lady that checked me out. They just apologized- zero attempts to fix the issue. While I loved the shaping of my nails they are breaking already and it's really annoying. They never offered a drink and forgot to put oil and a hot towel after my nails were done drying-it's standard at all the other shops I've been to recently. If you are getting your toes done ask for Henry- he's amazing but I don't get my toes done as much as my nails. The shop is nice but the customer service is lacking for that reason I will not be returning in the future. read more

Stay away!!! Rude people. I asked for my dip nails to be removed via foil soak since I have hand eczema. Putting my hands in soaking bowl makes them worse. Three technicians were free doing each others nails. After me asking for foil soak, no one attended me for 10 mins. So I followed up with person doing my pedicure. She asked they 3 technicians who said just soak in a bowl, I sad no I want foil soak. They made fun of me in their language and laughed!!! Just rude people and no manners!!!! I had appointment for this and I didn't just walk in!! Pedicure person- was constantly trying to talk to me. I had gone with my friend for catch up session.
