Mary did great work on my skin, but when she put my mask on, she just went and sat at her desk for 10 minutes. Shannon was my stylist and took off a huge chunk of my hair by my ear when I asked for my bangs to be trimmed. Now the two sides of my hair do not match up at all and are completely uneven. I was clear in what I wanted and after the matter the owner of the salon came and tried to fix it by layering the rest of my hair to match. A 3 inch chunk of hair missing from the side of your head, however, is not fixable. I will have to pin back my hair for at least a year until it reaches the length of the rest of my hair. Even then, it is quite noticeable. The service was terrible and took forever. Not worth it, even with the groupon. Don't waste your time and go great clips or literally any other salon.
