Anyways- I'm really impressed with the work done! My eyebrows are a bit fuller and I like them that way, I just wanted some shaping done. That's exactly what I got! It was painless and a pretty quick process. I had a really pleasant conversation while it was happening. I don't typically spend money on beauty routines as I tend to think I can just do most of it at home, but I am positive I'll be returning. Shannon was my stylist and took off a huge chunk of my hair by my ear when I asked for my bangs to be trimmed. Now the two sides of my hair do not match up at all and are completely uneven. I was clear in what I wanted and after the matter the owner of the salon came and tried to fix it by layering the rest of my hair to match. A 3 inch chunk of hair missing from the side of your head, however, is not fixable. I will have to pin back my hair for at least a year until it reaches the length of the rest of my hair. Even then, it is quite noticeable. The service was terrible and took forever. Not worth it, even with the groupon. Don't waste your time and go great clips or literally any other salon.
