Here on a Sunday afternoon, it's not really busy...however, I did not have an appointment. Mary was very nice but she rushed through my pedicure, so it was not an enjoyable experience. Some guy took off my nails...in which I was supposed to get a fill in, but decided not to because one of my fingers was cut underneath. He was talking back and forth about it with another nail tech...I'm sure talking crap but then at the end told me not to put anything on that nail. In that case, why are you mad if you're suggesting at the end not to put anything on it anyways. Of course you don't care about the well being of my natural nails and just want money...however, I do. Two stars for Mary's decent conversation...other than that 0 stars. The person I came with (regular) suggested I should try this place again...but I'd rather not. read more

Sadly, I am having to update my review. Made an appointment which was not honored. I sat in the cold water waiting for the pedicure I scheduled for over 30 minutes. The owner starting talking to me about why I am leaving and then rudely began to ignore me when I shared that I had only a hour for the pedicure which had me sitting in cold water for over 30 minutes waiting to start. The tech I was waiting for (Ms. Tay) was still at least 20 minutes from finishing the person she was working on when I walked in for my appointment. Very disappointed in the owner of the shop and her rude behavior. That is not how you treat a repeat customer. Don't give this business your time or money. The owner does not deserve it. Original review-Ms. Tay & Ms. Mary both do a great job for pedicures. Scheduling can be a bit difficult for us since Tay doesn't always work when we need our pedicures. Best salon ever. The owner Tracy and her sister Emily are perfectionists and professional. The spa is always spotlessly clean. There are endless colors and options to choose from. I've done Gel and SNS nails with amazing results. I also highly recommend the eyelash extensions, eyebrow microblading and microshading. The pricing on lashes is the best in town and you are never rushed. Tracy will make sure you are pleased with the results. She even carries lash glue designed for individuals with sensitivities to avoid any adverse reaction. Her staff will also do Mommy/ Daughter mani/pedis, which I recommend. This is the only salon I will go to. You may want to call to set an appointment to avoid a wait, but walk-ins are welcome. read more

Always the best! Tracy, Tay, Emily & Mary are all amazing! Very personal service, have been going here for years and I'm never disappointed. Tracy & her entire staff are perfectionist. Love going there and relaxing in a massage chair while my nails & toes are made pretty. Salon is very clean, she has so many SNS, gel & regular polish colors, I always have a hard time trying to decide. I usually let them pick my colors, they are always so colorful & pretty. Sometimes you have to wait, I'll admit I've been there longer than I plan, but I don't mind knowing how beautiful my nails will look when Tay & Tracy are done. read more

They do not give you full service (cuticles cut,etc) for a $40-$50 manicure. OVERPRICED. I was very specific about what I wanted and the staff was insistent on doing what they wanted to do. I said I wanted this shape of nail...they told me NO..I told them NOT to do a fourth coat on an SNS manicure bc it looks too bulky and unnatural ..they insisted on it. I've been here on and off for the past 4 years and it's improved from store decor to technicians to quality of service provided and I must say, I've been very impressed. Tracy is the owner, she nice sweet & very good at taking out in growth nails which happens a lot to me because I wear a lot of high heels. This was my first visit to Polished Perfection, but it won't be my last! Mary, Tony and Tina were all so friendly and professional. The salon was clean and sanitary. Tony did a fabulous job on my mani-pedi!! The best part though, was that they accepted a gift certificate that I had from two years ago! I would not have blamed them if they hadn't taken it, but they accepted it without even batting an eye! Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure and it was nothing short of fabulous. Mary did my pedicure and she was amazing. She really took her time and gave me the best foot massage on Gods green earth. My manicure has always been top notch no peeling or anything. New to the area so I stopped in for a quick pedicure. My nail tech was very nice however my foot started burning after my feet were soaking. She wiped it and it looked like it was starting to blister. I didn't not have any blister in the area. A small piece of skin pealed from there two days prior. There may have been a tiny little cut. I swam that morning and it wasn't burning--that next day I took my son and it burned so bad in the pool. It kept getting worse that night. I went to urgent care the next day and got put on antibiotics for a bacterial infection but she thought it might be fungal. I have to go to dermatologist now. So frustrated-and it really hurts. I've never had this happen ever! Very disappointing. Do not go there! I don't want this to happen to anyone else. ZERO STARS but you have to put one down. read more

As much as I love the "Reserve at John's Creek" complex, I was not impressed with this place. When I arrived, I was the only one in the salon, and I was told XYZ person was going to come out to from the breakroom and do my nails. While I sat waiting for 10+ minutes, there was another employee who was sitting there on her phone the entire time. She could have easily gotten up and helped me get setup, etc., but did not pay me any attention at all. It came across very rude, and I was not pleased with the lack of customer service and friendliness. I will not be going back. read more
