The dining room is sparse, but does the job nicely. You'll probably meet a couple of friends while dining here. The meals are good, plentiful and cheap. My favorite part? They've got corkage so you can bring in your own bottle of wine. Don't go in expecting to be eating at a posh restaurant, because that's not what you're getting here. What you're treated to at Cracow is good Polish cooking in a friendly setting. My personal fave- the potato pancakes. Oh yeah, and they also have a meal, believe it or not, catered to for vegetarians.

Hence, thanks to Yelper Eda N and her Albertbridge Road Karolina Shop review, I was intrigued enough to walk into the Ormeau Road Karolina Shop tonight for the first time, after having bypassed it for the last couple of years. Sure, I couldn't understand any of the Polish labels haha - apart from a few which included English language descriptions! Nonetheless it was fun and interesting to walk through. It has a huge range of pickled foods, sweet things, baked goods, deli items and cheeses all of which looked very interesting. The shop itself is small but well laid out, clean and bright. I managed to acquire a jar of black olives and some blueberry and strawberry filled chocolate - delicious and reasonably priced. I'm definitely going to call in again and try out some of the pickles and cheeses. Here's to new experiences and food adventures!
