I received a response within the hour and they even came out that day to assess the area and provide a quote. I was given a detailed explanation of their plan to address our flower beds at the front and rear of the home. I felt the quote we were given was very fair and reasonable. They set an appointment for that Friday. Despite being behind due to the weather, they still kept the appointment and delivered quality work. The flower beds were weeded, bushes shaped, large palm was trimmed, mulch laid and looked very presentable. At the rear of the house they removed several unruly bushes and planted a few new plants. After speaking with the office manager (she was great), she let us know that our area on Wednesdays. The first cut we had, was fine. It was expensive, but they stated it was because it was an overgrowth fee (double the price). We agreed and they cut our lawn. Downside of the first cut: We paid over $100 for them to spend 25 minutes at our property and to miss a few areas with the mower and miss a few spots with the weedeater. After this initial cut, we decided we wanted to bring them on for weekly lawn maintenance and agreed to the rate online. We did this on a Friday, so we expected our lawn to be cut the following week. On Wednesday PM when our lawn wasn't serviced, I called their line and the owner answered. He stated that typically our lawn would be serviced on Tuesday/Wednesday but moving forward we would be notified prior to service. He also stated that he would get to the lawn the next day (Thursday). Friday PM the lawn had still not been serviced so we called again and there was no answer, we left a message asking for a schedule and to ask if we would be charged an overgrowth fee since they haven't come out. Still waiting to hear back. We're okay if they don't want to service our lawn, but at least communicate that. Do not recommend.

His workers finished the work but then cleaned up my entire yard for FREE! Not only the area that he trimmed, but my entire yard! He even walked over to the adjacent house to inquire if he could trim the tree encroaching on their property.
