The Picaña and the filet mignon were amazing. The three sauces they serve to the table were all great with the various meats. My favorite was the green sauce which had a bit of a kick. There is a baton on the table, red on one end and green on the other. Turn the green side up and it is game time! The waiters will be visiting your table in wave after wave of different selections of meat. When you need a break or are done, just flip the red side up and take a breather. They have a nice buffet selection but the food is always cold, no matter how early you get there. The hostess are just ok as well, the last time the place was basically empty and she was not letting us seat where we wanted. Sometimes the waiter can be annoying when you have the red light and they keep bringing meat and asking if we want some More. And the caipirinha: depending on who prepares it you will get an authentic one, otherwise they will add some sprite. Yuck
