The staff could not have been more attentive, it only took a glance to get their attention. This, though, was common everywhere we went in Mexico, from the tiniest taquería to fanciest restaurants with very few exceptions the restaurant workers were wonderful. At Harbors though, these were well trained professionals who really knew what they were doing.
The evening began with wine service. The specials were brought out on a cart and we settled on a Chilean Cab that really stood up to the steak.
They then brought out a cart with the seafood. The octopus was the special but we went for the steaks, so they wheeled out the steak cart complete with most any cut you might want up to Kobe (or perhaps Kobe style) steaks and a really enticing tomahawk cut. I went with the NY which was grilled to perfection.
Overall, it was a well orchestrated dinner by the people at Harbor's. From wine to dessert there were no slips.
