This restaurant is located in the 6th floor and was my favorite meal of my trip. It's a bit pricy…read more(upscale US priced) but it's fine dining, sit down service and has a great view of the plaza below.
We did not have reservations but came early. We were not sat on the patio as those seats were all taken by reservations but we were able to walk out and take a picture of the plaza below.
I chose the pulpo adobado. Grilled octopus, a spicy avocado sauce and biryani rice. The octopus was nicely charred and the creamy avocado sauce went well with the charred octopus. The octopus was grilled perfectly it had a nice char outside and was tender inside.
I tried a bit of my friends Chamorro de Verdi (pork shank) in mole sauce. The pork shank was braised beautifully and fall off the bone tender. The mole sauce was flavorful and not overly sweet. The portion was also huge.
The meal came with bread accompanied with 2 types of butter regular and a coco infused butter. Both had salt on the side which added a bit of flare to it. I preferred the regular butter but enjoyed trying the chocolate one, it reminded me more of a breakfast pastry or a dessert.
Overall great meal, service, ambiance and nice view.
