I purchased an expensive vintage sofa. I was told sure we can ship it to the USA. I was told it…read moremight take 3-4 weeks. 3 months later it arrived completely destroyed in transit. The shipping company had done a terrible packing job and was crushed in the shipping container. The shipping company then offered a small fraction of the total amount in refund. Vintage-Department took no responsibility. I would never order anything from them that need to be shipped anywhere.
