We needed a huge sprinkler system repair, and Polo and his crew took it from completely broken to working perfectly. Our front yard irrigation pipe broke, which ended up being a very complicated repair. On top of that, we had an old controller that had frayed wires (due to the previous home owners dog). After repairing both of these, we found out that most of the pipes connecting our sprinklers had cracked due to the ground shifting and the previous owners never watering the yard. Needless to say, it was a huge ordeal. Polo and his crew spent 2 and a half days repairing everything. He was very fairly priced - and I'm very happy with the result of our system. I went with Polo because he is one no nonsense dude. He was responsive, made a schedule, and stuck to it. He gave me a price that was high, but explained that would be so he and his crew could take their time and give us exactly what we wanted. He said he could give me a lesser price, but then it couldn't be as detailed. I went with the higher price because, well, you usually get what you pay for. With what would have normally been a 2-3 hour job for another crew, they spent 6 hours. So he meant what he said. Placido is a master in his craft. He is very efficient and fairly priced. He understood my situation and was able to resolve all my irrigation issues. He installed ~100ft of irrigation line with 11 sprinkler heads, repaired my irrigation line where I had trenched a landscape border and I broke pipes in multiple locations, also had a valve that needed to be replaced as 1 zone was not shutting off. While I was trenching also cut the low voltage power cable to a system, he repaired that too. All the issues I caused to my system due to my trenching he saved the day and fixed it all. They did the job quickly and correctly but that seems like a lot of money for the work requested. Communication wasn't great either, English isn't his first language. Great Job!! Work completed as promised!! On Memorial Day I requested quotes from 4 companies on a tree and bamboo removal project, not really expecting a response that day. I was contacted within an hour by Polo asking for details and an address. He showed up hours later gave me a quote and we set up for him to come Wednesday to do the yard. He showed up Wednesday morning to start my yard project and came by later as promised to finish the clean up. Polo came out the next day and fixed a broken pipe for our sprinkler system. Polo was very efficient and took care of the water leak.

We just purchased a home in the DFW area. After painting the inside and getting all settled in, we realized we had totally neglected the yards. I also hated a tree and two tall bushes as well as there is a tree in the street that completely blocks my view of the whole reason we bought this house. The owner came out and did a walk through with me if everything I wanted, provided a quote before he left and we schedule for his team to come the following week. He even made suggestions and noticed some potential items for us to update. Let me know that his team would be happy to do the work but there was absolutely no pressure. The team came out and did an amazing job. Trimmed the one tree, removed the three trees, trimmed all the bushes, cleaned up the property, mowed, edged, pulled weeds. Literally everything. It looks beautiful. We will have them maintain our property going forward and any additional needs or landscaping we want to add in the future. My only critique and the reason for four stars instead of 5 is because he said the team would be here at 7:30-8 in the morning and didn't arrive until 11:30, without any communication of running late or being behind. And when they got here no one notified me, they just started working, however the work is amazing. They did a fantastic job. read more

Was punctual and responded quickly. Gave a quote and agreed to the price. Main complaint is overall quality of the work. We had him add some sod in a couple different places and he did not do a very good job of blending it in with the existing grass. Initially they only did about half of the trimming that I requested and went over with him during the estimate and on the work day. So i had them finish it to satisfaction.
