Men's clothing is on top floor and women clothing on middle main floor. Very clean, great quality, and fantastic selection. Kind service also and great value as the prices are great. My wife was very happy shopping here. Self service kiosks are so cool. Just place group of clothes in hole space (all of your items) and it automatically scans your items (for men and women clothes). 5 stars and thank you Zara!

Only for me to find PLENTY at another corner of the store. Thank God for Felipe, David, Victor for helping us get our tax free and finding the items I wanted to purchase. We appreciate the help. The item is still unused in the box and was purchased two days ago, still they do not accept to give my money back due to their policy which was not clearly stated to me. Even general stores like el Corte Ingles offer the possibility to return your items. The lack of manners and this episode makes me think that Tiffany is not high end at all and Cartier is far better for the value and customer experience. I doubt I will ever want to purchase there again in the future

As I was browsing prices were about €28 for a pair of cut-off shorts (the Brandy Melville branded ones, not the vintage Levi's), and tops were hovering around €20-30. They have some signs for sale as well which are quite cute. It seems the stock arrives a little later to this location because when I asked about a top I had seen on social media I was informed they hadn't received it yet. They had a similar one, though. Went in on a Tuesday but as it is on the Passeig de Gràcia and summer it was quite packed in there.

I love stores like this where if you like one thing you like all the rest of the stuff as well. It's got clothing, decoration for your house, utensils and clever little containers from other countries. I bought two dresses for my daughter in London and some little pieces of pottery. My daughter now wants to go to Barcelona to see The Avant.
