Although the prices might seem a little high, with the exchange rate what it was during our visit, we really couldn't complain. The owner had awards and medals for his homemade sausages, and had all the room walls full of pictures showing his triumphs. Unfortunately when we come to the place, it had changed. Starters were a tasty homemade hummus with chewy bread and a Mexican soup with all fresh ingredients. We each had the special of the day: pork with tasty cabbage, interesting grains, and salad. We were too full to try the homemade desserts but they were gorgeous, lovingly prepared, and looked delicious. I had an excellent hot lemon ginger tea (lemon, dried ginger, fresh ginger, and cloves) while my husband had a glass of white wine. Each came with a different saying written by hand on a clever Post-it note. A thoroughly pleasant experience--highly recommended.
