I just had literally the worst appointment in my life there. I have sent pictures to the store of my Hemrs Kelly 2 months ago. Owner of the store Michel told me he wast to bay 1000 % and begged me to fly from london to Miami to sell him the bag. I had to fly from New York to Miami paid for my flight like 1000 $. I had to fly my bag from london to Miami paid like 500 $ for UPS delivery . when I got to the store it was literally another person with completely different voice man got rude and arrogant started putting price of my bag down by complaining about everything- my lock that I told him I don't have and box for the bag. I am not kidding they said in the store that they want to buy with original box and because my box from flight from london to Miami got damaged they don't want it. This people are real professional scammers they will say anything to lower the price down. For the record he saw the bag himself saw the box knew that lock was not there and thought "well now I will make a deal of my life by making this nice girl waist another couple of thousands for me to get more richer" In the end I was told that they will not buy the bag because of the receipt- I have sent them pictures of receipt before like 2 months ago. And their crazy employees by winning the situation said that bag is not authentic when the bag is authentic and bought from Hermes myself. They said it just to make me feel bad to get the best cheap deal . Nasty horrible people that scam girls to make money from their relationship with Hermes and their bags. I have seen a lot of bad reselling businesses but this is literally the worst one and to everyone who wants to sell the bag I am strongly advising you never go there. So when I was living the store the owner told me "leave me the bag for days so I can check it". Of course I left him nothing and left. Instead of apologies for his rude scamming behaviour Michel abused me in WhatsApp and insulted me wrote to me "you sick person I feel bad for you" in his text messages and blocked my WhatsApp. So now everyone who go there to sell anything to them think millions of times do you want to become a victim of Michel scammer 4 hours after I wrote this review I have received a response on google from this store saying that "my item was fake and I am a fake person and I am going through a ruth time" if the item is fake then why you asked to buy it & leave it in your store ? The truth is the only one ruth thing that happened to me is that I actually came to sell him the bag and YES COMING TO THIS NASTY STORE WAS THE RUTHLESS AND THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE OF RESELLING MY LUXURY ITEMS.
