Strawberry is my fav!! I did see a comment on a previous post about samples being given out and did want to share regarding that comment. It is a good rule of thumb, at least culturally when visiting France.....whenever there are samples out you must always ask. I know in the U.S. we are so accustomed to having samples out and we just help ourselves. However in France please always remember to ask prior to taking a sample i.e. tea, chocolates, coffee etc. It's the culturally right approach in France :)

The tea itself tastes divine! I found that the St. Petersburg tea was especially good. Judging by the taste, the tea is obviously high quality. It is very expensive, so be sure to come with a full wallet.

Kaiseki is simply one of the best Japanese restaurant in Paris. If you still need convincing, go to the nearest bookstore and have a look at one of Hisa's beautiful cooking books.
