All parts were in the next day, but they kept putting the repair off. After three days they finally started the work and realized they had the wrong parts. They had not bothered to check two days earlier to see if they had the correct parts. After talking to the service manager both my wife and I were treated with little or no respect. We were basically told that the truck would be ready when it WAS ready and no one should have told us anything about the completion date. I took the truck without having it repaired properly. For the next 1000 miles the truck continued to act up. The managed to charge me $682 for absolutely no satisfaction.

I quickly stopped the car and called RR Honda dealership about 7 minutes from my location and spoke with Katrina. She was amazing - so kind and professional. I drove the car to the dealership and Katrina worked me in to have Chris run a complete test and quickly identified all 4 cylinders failed multiple tests. Katrina obtained the information and explained to me the cost and that parts would need to be ordered. She knew I was quite anxious about the situation, having to leave my vehicle; she and Anttwan promptly assisted in getting me home and a ride back to the dealership two days later. Katrina was absolutely a delight to work with as were the others. The customer service was top notch! Professionalism #1. I would recommend RR Honda service department to anyone. The only thing I ask for when I do a review is for the person in charge put themselves in my position. SO MR SERVICE MANAGER-- If you worked for me I would fire you immediately for poor job performance. 2.5 stars tells me you are only doing your job half the time. Tell me why when I brought my car in on the second it sat on your lot and never made it in to be serviced!! You agreed to service my car on 6/2/26 at 9am--isn't this a breach of contract? Tell me why I never received a phone call updating me on the situation? Tell me why my car sat on your lot on June 3 until i told you that I would just come and get it--all of the sudden it makes its way into the shop. Tell me MR SERVICE MANAGER how an oil change, tire rotation, engine filter replacement and rear brake job takes 4 days?????? Totally unacceptable. You have no idea what is going on in YOUR service department. Your Adviser for Ford service should have just told me the truth and said they were a day and a half behind--not a BS story about needing my car for an extra day because of it having to go on a diagnostic machine. We have been looking for a safe, reliable and slightly used Tacoma for our son, who is a busy teenager these days. Joel, the salesman, got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions. He was polite and professional and I went there later in the day to see the vehicle. He met me outside with the keys and a dealer plate, and off I went for a quick test drive and inspection. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle a couple of days later and was very satisfied with the dealership from start to finish. The paperwork was seamless and easy and they gave the vehicle a proper cleaning and interior detailing that I asked for. Just be mindful, there is no haggling on car prices now due to the inventory shortage that every dealership is experiencing. And I did pay a little more than what I wanted but, I purchased a Toyota, which the depreciation is much less than some other brands. Overall, I had a great purchasing experience at this dealership.
