The couple who run the shop is always very welcoming. Their prices are very good and they always did a great job (I've been there many times already). They really care about their client and their job. For example they did for me some small quick fixes on a jacket (move buttons) and on pants (shortened them again even if I had given them the wrong length) and this free of charge. Every time I brought them "work" it was done in time, like promessed. They also offer a dry cleaning service. I have never tried it but if it's like the tailoring part, I guess they do a good job as well. This small shop is located right next to the tram stop Zypressenstrasse on Badenerstrasse (Tram 2 and 3).

I will not even go back to get it fixed because he was a jerk and I don't want to deal with him again. I went in for a basic trouser alteration on length. Cost 20fr. Did a decent job but rude customer service. I went in smiling greeting and saying hello speaking in my best German. I'm not fluent but I can get by. I come back next day for pick up. I say hello and am being polite. He barely says hello and has a bad attitude. I don't have cash (**cash only), and I tell him I'll come back tomorrow with cash. He grunts something and is super annoyed. I say good bye and no reply. I know he can respond because a German speaking person walks in and he's saying all sorts of hellos and goodbyes to him. Why is he rude with me? I don't want to deal with his attitude the next day so I go to an ATM and get cash so I can get this over with. I go back in and he looks at me and literally starts shaking his head annoyed. He gets my trousers and I ask him in German, why are you so rude? He's obviously surprised I asked him that. I don't take rude...why when I'm trying to be nice and I'm the customer? Suddenly he's so nice and says he has a lot of stress. He says he needs to finish. Why wasn't he rude to the other guy that was just in? Bottom line- Rude, mean, only nice when confronted. That's my assessment. I won't be back and I recommend the other alteration shops around the neighborhood.

The owner did a very thorough inspection of our going-to-weddings clothes before checking them in --- wanted to make sure that we were on the same page about the wear and tear on my suit. Turnaround for dry-cleaning is about a week.
