The roses looked to be thrown in and not arranged, they were all different heights, but not in a good way. I had to take the better flowers of the 2 arrangements and arrange them myself. It was so thoughtful of those who sent the flowers, I just feel that they did not get their moneys worth.

Starla was lovely on the phone, confirming my order the day before the delivery date. The only complaint or perhaps ordering tip I have is that my delivery didn't reach the recipient (who lives about a 15-minute drive away) until what seemed like late afternoon, which to me is not ideal and should be disclosed at the time of payment. I would have the set the delivery date for the day before if I knew how late in the day delivery would be. For a birthday, you want the special person to feel celebrated all day, and I would have preferred that.
