There are so so many reasons to love this incredible jewel of a restaurant. 1. The food is absolutely incredible. Madame Ge puts love into a wide array of dishes all with a Minas touch. Menu is what she cooks, depending on what is available that day and her whims. Vegetarian options like baked pumpkin with cinnamon, ocra with peppers, and cauliflower with cream. Meats, chicken, pork. All with their own sauces. Hot Papaya 'spaghetti' - strands of papaya that are cooked in juices. Truly a once in a lifetime food experience. 2. Madame Ge herself. A lovely wonderful woman and cook who presents each dish over a hit stove. Charming charming charming. Her team, mostly family members, are also friendly and helpful. 3. Charming locale.
