He explained that the pump needs to be run at least 6 hours a day to circulate the water. He would come weekly to test the water, clean the pool and check the small filter (and probably other things I forgot about). Yearly, he puts conditioner in (he explained what it does but I can't remember). A couple months ago, my pool started to turn slightly green. He put some other chemicals in to help it. But it didn't work. So he checked my big filter and told me it needed a cleaning . He and another guy came that weekend and cleaned it. After he was done, he texted and explained everything he did to the filter and pool and what I needed to do to make sure the water clears up. By the next day, the pool started to clear up. Within a couple days, it was back to normal. He's very responsive and helpful. He comes when I'm at work so I usually text him if I need anything or have questions.
