Told it was delayed by 2 weeks, then got a call at 7:30 saying it's starting tomorrow. Additional variation costs blow outs. Did not listen to our build plan. Built the pool that suited them. It's your problem if they make a mistake, you just bear the Variation costs and delay. Excavated and took to much soil, delayed for 3 weeks. Paid another variation cost to take away soil, to then be told we need more soil to pass a building code. Which we need to get rid of at a later date. Used most of the chemicals from the customer's handover pack. 7m hose for a 9m pool. Cloudy pool on handover. Paid a Electrician 3 times to come and do something for the pool because they gave me the wrong or no information.
