We had a motor pcv connection leak for our jetted whirlpool tub…read more Matthew found the leak. The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p

He convinced us we didn't need new steps, and he could fix the leak and make look good. Actually the steps became a nightmare. He made them look worse and the leak wasn't fixed. There was a crack in them. This job could have been a quick in and out for a company that shows up, but Rob Never shows up. Some weeks we wouldn't hear from him and others he would show up for 15 minutes to have some sort of presence. We paid a large down payment in December and I hoped things would get done and the liner would be ordered for the pool to open in May. We kept asking, have you ordered the liner? He said it would be here for Mother's Day, then he said Memorial Day. Then someone said ask him to show you a receipt, of when he ordered or when submitted his drawings of the pool and he couldn't provide. He said he didn't have one. We have the Ring and he told us he came over, when we know he never came. We finally fired him and asked for some money for the liner he never got. No word heard! It has been a very stressful experience working with him, because of the unreliability, lack of responsiveness, and quality of work!
