Yes, sometimes she has a lot of customers come in all at once. Her daughter does work there and she starting to know a lot of things. When I get to her, she is very knowledgeable helpful. I do own hot tub and I have a swimming pool, but it's an index pool. They do not have anything for that, but when I need sanor chemicals. She always been helpful. On 11/22/2019 I went to get a water test for my hot tub. Worst customer service I have experienced in years!!! I had my water sample in hand and was told if I don't buy chemicals I would have to pay $25.00 before she even tested my water!!! Her customer service was unprofessional in my opinion. Very disappointed!!! In my opinion they are money hungry and must not have a significant profitable business!!! So if she said I needed 20 chemicals was I supposed to buy each one??? LOL. I have visited several pool stores and never was told about a fee for testing water. Bad business practice. That is not how you retain customers. Shout out to Hopewell Pools for great customer service. Unfortunately they closed for the winter. I was trying to find another place to go in between seasons. It has been over 10 years since I last visited this store and won't visit again, nor will I recommend to others. I also need a part for my sand filter but due to poor customer service I didn't get that far. I advised her I was going to write a review. Tried to blame my attitude when she is the one who was unprofessional........... PERIOD!!! Again the greeting I received was pay $25.00 before she even tested my water.
