St Vincent de Paul in Sumner Park offer a lot of second hand goods to fill a wardrobe as well as a home. Not only do they have a wide selection of womens, mens and childrens clothings, which are all in reasonable condition they also have homewares. The homewares here include an array of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cupboards, tables and chairs, sofa's and even some beds and bedding. I have bought a few trinkets from here to decorate the house with. I love collecting old books and unique figurines. The staff who work unpaid for charity are clearly passionate about what they are doing. You can see in their kindness and service. I recommend coming every two weeks to check on anything new that's been donated. Also, feel free to get in contact with them to donate any pre-loved items.

After 3 attempts at getting it right, they finally did; but 3 visits, endless texts and phone calls later. This took so much time out of my days with all the running around after their sub-standard "clean"; I would have been better off doing it myself. They advertise "bond recovery specialist" and if I had have taken their word for it and not gone through - I would NOT have gotten all my bond back. I asked for a refund and was treated VERY rudely by the owner. She swore at me, called the apartment I was in a "dingy little place" and threatened to go to the police if I didn't stop asking for my refund. Not much integrity here and certainly NO quality. Find someone else if you want something "cleaned". The owner of this business will respond to this review saying I harassed her and that I was abusive or something similar. Take Note: This is NOT a professional businesswoman with integrity at all. As soon as a client attempts to gain recompense for work not done properly the first AND second time, she goes into full scale defensive mode and threatened to call the police and claiming harassment. This is a woman who subcontracts out to sub-standard agents to clean on her behalf, with absolutely NO remorse for her choices NOR willing to take responsibility for those under her. Also, it is a matter of public record that the owner, Chris Boyle has also had a fair work claim made against her by an ex-contractor\employee.... I never waste my time writing reviews unless they are GOOD ones, this experience has motivated me to do something very different from what I have done in the past.
