I find Melbourne's Leading Nanny Agency to be pretty hit and miss. I have had the occasional great…read morenanny from here but most are pretty medicore. I tend to use this agency for last minute babysitting jobs when I know my kids will be asleep for most of the time the nanny is with them. And I try to find higher quality nannies via other sites/agencies for day time or for when I need a nanny for an ongoing, regular period of time. All in all, they are a great stop-gap but definitely not a first choice.
