The food was very average. They no longer give a biscuit with the combo meal (which is extremely disappointing) and they have gone away with the chicken nuggets in favor of boneless wings. The boneless wings were nothing special. The wings that were a good size had a very strange bite to them, it was almost as if the centers were still frozen or something? Grossed me out a bit tbh. Not to mention the fact that they only give you 1 sauce for 6 wings, kinda wimpy. The fries were good as per usual, but certainly not good enough alone to keep me coming back. Perhaps it is only this location that is so marginal, but it turned me off of Popeyes as a whole for the near future. The service was kind though. read more

The service is horrible! My gf has been waiting for 20 mins trying get her food. The employees are disregarding her. She's 65 and they called 66. She texted me inside while I'm in the car outside saying , that a person had left upset after already paying for food. The employees could be more communicative, or give some free things. At this point , she deserves a free gift card. read more

Chicken tenders were Hella old. Also suggested I try some cheese bite that shit was old as well. Widows clerk was coo and the chicken breast was good the rest was terrible and should never had went out the Widows to a paying customer. read more

We ordered our food on the door dash app and the food was ready right when we arrived! This new Popeyes location unfortunately opened up during similar times that the nearby Dave's hot chicken did so it was pretty empty on a Saturday night, no lines and two families eating inside. The location is super prime and I loved the interior of the store, very clean and spacious. I was so excited for the fried chicken since I haven't had Popeyes in a long time and not at this new location, I was disappointed at how dry the chicken was. Placed order online for 2 can dine, selected Mild, White meat, and chose my 2 sides (mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese), when I got to store, no breasts available, will be a 10 minute wait, took more like 20 mins. Checked order when I got home, I received 1 breast and 4 wings for two grown adults. Called the store, manager was rude, said I got what I selected, on the app you can't select the pieces you want, but somehow the receipt has 3 wings added at the bottom, the two sides I received were two Mashed potatoes. First time here. Ordered the original fried chicken sandwich for my husband and combo for me. The Cajun fries were good. They are battered a little and seasoned. They were not spicy. No ketchup was included, but I have Trader Joe's ketchup at home. The sandwich has a lot of excess batter on it. It was a thicker sandwich. There was also mayo and pickles on it. I've gone to this location a few times since they opened up earlier this year. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is pretty good and hot. The place is cleaned and well maintained plus very modern with the new concept for their chain restaurant. I do miss their dirty rice and hope that one day Popeyes brings them back but their Popeyes chicken is yummy. read more

Never had Popeyes until this location opened last year. Went here twice about 2 months apart and both times the food was old and tough. The second time I went It seemed like they were emptying their troughs of all their old chicken since I got more chicken than I ordered but it was all inedible. It had a bad aftertaste as well. Also, the fries were old and soggy. Biscuit was dry. It all went in the garbage after the initial first few bites of everything. Not going back. Raising Canes will now get all my business. Popeyes at this location could learn a thing or two from Raising Canes when it comes to freshness and quality. read more

Good food, but don't order online and expect them to get the order right. Of the last 3 times we've order they are 0 for 3 on getting it right the first time we ordered a extra family size mac n cheese for our kids which was forgotten, the 2nd time we ordered and they forgot two sides but we checked before we left and had to go back in to get them. We just ordered today 3 of the 6.00 boxes and they put in a wrong side of potatoes and only gave one dipping sauce of bbq when we ordered 3 of the blackened ranches. We only noticed it was wrong when we got home. Plus the sides of mac n cheese were only about 1/3 of the way full. The food was good, but sadly that does not make up for the amount of times they put the wrong sides, or forget sides all together. read more
