I have visited this location three times and each time the employees were rude, my order was incorrect and the food was terrible. When I have visited the Dalton location everything was always good, but the Calhoun location is terrible. I will never visit the Calhoun location again. read more

Ordered on line got to the drive thru 30 min later waited 10 min no response. Pulled around to the window I was told to pull up they would bring it to us. 26 min later they walk up with an order push it in the window. That's right it wasn't mine I waited till the drive thru window was cleared then backed up handed the order back told them it wasn't mine. They started to tell me to pull forward again I told them no. Went over the entire time frame. In the mean time the order that wasn't mine got carried out the door to the other car that came thru after me. That's right not fresh after someone looked thru the box's and determined it wasn't theirs. This is the last time I go to a Popeyes especially this one. Everyone inside was having a good time while the customers outside were not. Before leaving watched another customer carrying part of their order back inside. Gross, rude, and very very very slow. I don't expect much from fast food restaurants but this is in a class by itself. If they tell you to park and wait for your food, just know that you are easily in for a 25 minute wait. And don't be surprised if they walk out and ask you what you ordered, and still don't have it. During my last visit ever to this place I came in because after 25 minutes of waiting on a chicken sandwich I thought they forgot about me. They had. The place is so disgusting on the inside that I lost my appetite and left without my food. There was a dead rat by the trash can. read more

Terrible service. Just needed to pick up an order placed on app. Waited in DT for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. Had to wait 10 minutes to get anyone on the speaker and they only did that after we repeatedly asked for help and told them about our order. Then got to the window and still had to wait for food to be cooked. Then they asked us to pull to the side. Refused our request for extra food to account for our time and experience. Went to go grab some food and first off the tables were soo nasty! They did eventually clean them but it was really gross since there were only two tables, including me, and the majority of the tables were disgusting. But anyways, we got chicken tenders and a spicy sandwich. The tenders were good and the sandwich was pretty nice and juicy! Me and my started talking about something in another language and while doing so I accidently locked eyes with a worker. She kept in turning around and looking at me rudely, but I supposed that she just was confused. (btw we were talking about what to make for dinner ...) A few minutes past and I went to take my neice to the bathroom, suddenly I heard knocking and knocking over and over and very loud. We rushed out and nobody was there. My mom said she saw that lady knocking on the door over and over. I'm younger then this worker and they still act more immature? Not the place for me. read more

This establishment was very dirty and it made me sick to my stomach. My biscuit was very dry and hard to digest even with a beverage. Ants began crawling on me while I was eating and staff was taking their shoes off in the lobby which was very unsanitary. The bathrooms were out of soap and very trash and un maintained. Trash was scattered all across the lobby. If I could get my money back I would because this place was a site for sore eyes. I will not bring my family back. read more

I love Popeyes but this location is a little much. The place is pretty clean can't say it was spotless but not a bad experience as that goes. The chicken was cooked good unfortunately got a thigh instead of 2 breast so didn't really get my money's worth. The sides I got were dirty rice and it was ok. Maybe next time it will be better I've had good meals there before so hoping it was an off day read more

This experience was tough. I would be thoroughly embarrassed if I was owner or manage. The staff bickered the entire time we waited for our meal which was 16 minutes. There was no team work at all. In fact we didn't get what we ordered because it wasn't made while we waited and ended up subbing out other food. There were 4 orders being processed and 1/2 the staff disappeared from sight. It was not busy. All that being said what we ended up eating was good, just not what we expected to eat. read more

I used to eat there all the time, not anymore. Service sucks and the staff is rude. The chicken racks were full, so I wanted to order an 8-piece meal with just legs and thighs and was rudely told that it would take 20 minutes because it was a special order. What was special about that order, we don't care for white meat. No, you have to wait 20 minutes. Nope drove across the street to KFC and did not have a problem. They have lost me as a customer. read more

Sat at the DT speaker for over 10 minutes no one ever took my order. So I drove to the window and one of the employees is just staring at me. So I asked are y'all open and she had to ask someone, mind you it's 10:10 at this point they supposedly opened at 10.I ordered at the window and after about 5 mins I was told they had to make more fries because they didn't turn the heater on for the fries. It looked like the employees just walked in as I was getting to the window. Waited for 20 more minutes at the window for my food. The manager was unconcerned. I've worked fast food for 15 years. Waited 30 minutes from order to drive thru window. Got to window, lost my order had to tell them again. Very rude. Food every where on floor, utensils and boxes scattered every where on floor and counters. Employees disregard for mess and just walks all over it and kicks it to side. Clearly this store needs an overhaul of managers and employees. Will never bring my family here again until something changes. Major health code violations going on. read more

Rough.... terrible service, terrible attitudes, and missing food. Had no interest either in correcting their mistake.

Went to drive thru ordered 2 two piece meals specifically asked if meal included breast was told yes. Waited at window 10 minutes, then told it would be 10 more. Got my food asked again did meal include breast again told yes. Got home one meal had 2 wings, the other one wing & drumstick. Paid $11.00 for this. Obviously this location needs new managers. No wonder they don't do a big business. Won't be back. read more
