On the 4th of February 2023, not only did the fools give us an entirely different order than we requested, they charged us an additional $8 above and beyond the the Family Feast price to give us an entire box of garbage that was so super spicy we couldn't even eat it. Not that we would want to anyway as it was all breasts and no dark meat. WORSE, when we called to complain to remedy the situation, we received no response. Saturday and once a week thereafter for the past TWO MONTHS I have contacted corporate who told me that they have been contacting the owner of this franchise and not only does the owner refuse to discuss this incident with us, they refuse to discuss it with corporate, so they have stolen our money and refuse to compensate us in ANY WAY for THEIR HUGE MISTAKE. And for some reason, Corporate Popeyes is in lockstep with ripping off customers. That is a new one for me. I have been around a long time and have never experienced any restaurant ripping us off after serving inedible food. This is a first, They've always at least offered to replace the meal, something Popeyes refuses to do even though it would cost them pennies to turn a disgruntled customer into a once again satisfied customer. Maybe they need to start drug testing in that facility because I still can't understand how anyone could ACCIDENTALLY screw up an order that badly unless they are under the influence of something. Or maybe the entire episode is just a GLARING EXAMPLE of incompetent, uncaring, apathetic MANAGEMENT. Whatever the case, this is the absolute last time we will ever again patronize a Popeyes. And not only will we never return, we will go back to their next door neighbor, BoJangles where they treat their customers with respect and serve quality food just as the customer orders. Popeyes ripped us off for $35, but that is the last penny they'll ever see from us and we are spreading the word that the service is horrendous and the management doesn't give a damn about anyone or anything except the money it comes by honestly and dishonestly. read more

This place is so disgusting, filthy and the food is old, cold and vial it makes restaurants in third world countries look inviting and delightful! This place sells product that has been sitting in its old cold congealed grease that was most likely cooked a month earlier and tries to tell you it's hot and fresh maybe like I said when it was made eight weeks ago! The drive thru is still the only way to get the garbage as they still use Covid as an excuse. If being served two iced cold, old dried out chicken sandwiches from nine weeks ago isn't bad enough you won't be given napkins which are extra or condiments with that crap! The food was decent but every time I order from them, they give me the wrong sauce. I wanted Wild Honey Mustard for the chicken and tartar sauce for the popcorn shrimp, but I was given Sweet Heat and buttermilk ranch. I'm not sure if it's a literacy problem or they just don't care. read more

On April 15th, 2020, we ordered dinner from this restaurant. They served us a half eaten sandwich in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic risking the health of my family, including my immune-compromised wife. My son went back to the store and requested a refund, where the store manager refused to refund us and made derogatory comments. The workers were not wearing any face masks or gloves to protect their customers. In PA all workers are required to wear masks and gloves during this pandemic. Went in there and the GM and AM have their favorites. One of the employees was being called a fagot and the GM did nothing about it. That same employee was supposed to be a manager in training but then the duty was taken away from him because his attitude was "poor". In my eyes he was the only doing his job the correct way. I have never had a worst experience at a restaurant. A fast food restaurant is supposed to be quick and fast and provide soul food. First, I had to wait at drive thru for 3-4 minutes and still no one asked for my order or replied when I asked. There were only 2 cars ahead of me so def no a buay day. I finally drove to the window but another surprise. I placed an order through mobile app for drive thru only to be told that they don't do that and I will have to pickup inside. Finally went inside to find rude staff who did not care about my order as everything was being thrown insidd the bag (literally) and the order was incomplete. When asked the server was adamant it was complete but on asking again she saw 2 sandwiches missing. Again picked and thrown in the bag with not even a hint of sorry. Ordered for delivery, waited, was asked if we picked up our order, we did not. Was told the order would be remade and sent...two of three items were missing. Last item was wrong. Horrible experience. Out of chicken sandwiches. Out of cole slaw. Lady WORKING behind the counter was also watching her kids who were running around. She yelled at them lousy over all the people in line. Then made them lunch and called them to the counter to get it while all other customers waited. Soda machine had no ice. And no lids for the cups. We were order #63 they skipped us and were serving #66 and got annoyed when I asked for our food. No apology. I would avoid this place. Visited in June 2020. Half of the employees had no mask the rest had their masks hanging around their neck including everyone interacting with customers. It was very busy when I did my pick up yet employees were standing around waiting on each other. I loved the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, even though it was crooked in the packaging. Overall good experience with good company. They even have diet Dr Pepper Vanilla!! 5/5. Very Bad Service, i was yelled at the beginning of my order, got at the window, and the customer service was already bad to begin with, my order was taken @630p, I waited almost 30mins as i see atleast 10 cars got through the window, i got inside after that, and i seen 3 more cars came and left the window, then 45mins total they then started to pack my order $38 worth. I wish for everyone working on that shift to be fired, and replaced. Very bad customer service and i would not recommend that perticular place to a Dog! read more

Ordered through DoorDash because we didn't want to leave the house. We got our order but they forgot the sauce. We called the driver and she said she couldn't help. We called the store 6 times with no answer so we had to drive to the store and wait almost an hour to get 3 sauce packets. The point was to not drive... i just want my sauce. They get 2 stars because Popeyes has good chicken. The service at this Popeyes location is the WORST of any fast food restaurant in the area. Frequent mistakes with the drive thru orders, ignorant behavior, no masks during the height of the pandemic, and they are the definition of SLOW. The manager and staff should be fired. Grade school kids would do a better job and be more dedicated. Can't imagine if these people had to actually make the food. Maybe put some effort into hiring the right people instead of blue and green haired people who are more busy texting rather than doing their job right. read more

I only went to see for myself what the hype around the new chicken sandwich was all about. Of course when I got there, it was already sold out. I had never even been to a popeyes before, so I ordered some other stuff, it was surprisingly good, but took a real long time to get through that drive through. Took family back, this time they had the chicken sandwiches - they were excellent, thick, juicy, spicy goodness. Oh, and the apple pies are amazing. Cajun Fries are good too. Not sure why other places like Chick-Fil-A have much better service, probably comes down to training and maybe the aptitude of both managers and employees? Popeye's executives should do more homework and figure that out. read more
