Terrible place with atrocious customer service. I ordered in the app, came and they said someone took my order. They remade it but with the completely wrong sauce. The awful manager argued with me saying it was right, but I ordered the same thing previously and know it was wrong. I asked just for some fries or something for the inconvenience and was denied. I asked to return the whole order and a full refund and was denied due to it being a mobile order. Now customer support has been running me in circles for over a month and also refuses to give a refund because I accepted a coupon which I thought was for the inconvenience. I don't want that, I want a full refund. They can delete my account, I'll never go back. But they've stopped responding even so I continue asking for the refund. This has to be the worst fast food company in existence. They don't care about their customers, they don't care to make things right, the manager and team gaslight me and "support" ghosts me, all for a simple order of under $8. Worst place, stay far away. If I could give it a -0 stars I would, very disappointed with the drive-thru service, they did not double check the order and I think they gave me old or burnt mashed potatoes because they had brown areas and smelled a little funky also forgot my gravy I had specifically asked on the side. I came back around to ask for it and had to wait in line for like 20 minutes. The amount of gravy they gave me is embarrassing. How stingy can you be? This was my second time trying Popeyes. I haven't been back since my first experience several years ago. Again, I was disappointed in the food quality. The tenders were small, thin, dry, chewy, and barely warm. I was not able to eat my meal. A complete waste of money. Why serve a product that is not going to keep customers coming back? Allowing customers to pay for a product that is inedible is infuriating; especially when you get all the way home to enjoy your meal and you have to throw it away. Bad business! read more

ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS! This location absolutely 100% could care less about dine in customers! They would rather lose a percentage of profits CATERING to door dash customers. Oh wait, they couldn't even handle those orders. Came in on a Friday night, 828 pm to be exact, 4 door dash drivers waiting on orders. Ask the girl at the counter e when they closed and she said 11, no problem with time. She informed us that they were OUT of chicken and it would be 10 minutes before more was ready. That is where EVERYTHING went down hill. 2 more door dash drivers, now a total of 6, drivers it's been 15 minutes and ZERO chicken has hit the pass. Another lady comes out and let's us know it will be another 4 minutes, no problem, it's now going on 19 minutes still no food. Went to the counter and the same girl that took our order said, "I'm sorry sir it will be another 4 minutes. Mean while there are now 8 door dash drivers starting to get their orders. So we are now at 25 minutes, still no food, door dash drivers getting their orders and heading out. Back to the counter at 30 minutes of waiting, same girl running the counter says "I'm sorry sir we only have 3 of your 4 pieces of chicken, more will be out in 4 minutes." This is when I informed her that I was a diabetic and needed to eat. Her smart ass response to me was "everyone needs to eat" as she turned her back to me. That is when I asked another lady to just refund my money as I was not going to be insulted by some teenage chicken monger. We left, traveled 15 minutes to ANOTHER Popeyes chicken that had a FULL pass of chicken and sides and a super friendly front counter girl, Who informed us that they don't have those issues as they do not serve delivery services. Maybe the Campbell location could take lessons from other Popeyes on what GREAT customer service really is. I ordered the six dollar meal. Suddenly, it became 699 and with tax it was 814 As far as I understand, it was supposed to have three pieces. It had two. Which was a dried out wing and the other was a chicken breast except the chicken breast. We placed an online order here last week for 5 of us that were working near by. We got a notification that our order was ready so two headed off on the 5 min drive to pick it up. They ended up waiting another 40 minutes for our food. They returned to work and only two orders were right. We were missing sandwiches too. Very poor service, no apology. So, Popeyes is quickly going the way of KFC in quality. This particular location has trouble with the Popeyes app. Their location seems to not accept mobile orders a lot. Not a huge deal except you can't get reward points unless you use the app. The size of the chicken pieces is also shrinking. Much like KFC they are tiny. There were 3 persons working who failed to take my order over the intercom and then, even this making direct eye contact, didn't bother to open the window to take my order for several minutes. I made the mistake of looking at the ratings for this Popeye on Google and not Yelp. Rookie mistake. We actually drove 30 minutes to this one based off the Google reviews. I wanted to make sure I received the best chicken and service. I received neither. The drive thru person didn't speak at all during our transaction. I rarely eat Popeyes because I don't have it where I live so when I get it I expect it to be at least edible. This food was horrid. The Mac n cheese was over heated as if it was sitting there for hours. To the point it was turning grey and tasted like plastic.
