I normally don't leave reviews. But this place is terrible. Boba tea was OK, watery milk tea...The fried tofu is a joke...Not crispy but soggy tofu with lots of terrible salty pepper seasonings. Its probably the worst fried tofu I've ever had. Very small potion of popcorn chicken. Can't taste anything but chili powder. The dumpling soup was bad too. would not recommend to anyone and will not go back for sure...

Kiddo and I ventured in looking for dinner. She ordered the fried tofu and I got the Mongolian Beef. Next morning, we were BOTH vomiting. Please clean where your food is prepared. One star for the cashier, who was a total sweetie.

I remembered this place open when I was still studying at WSU. Around 2015 I think. Nothing have change expect they have more lunch/dinner food which is great. More option and food for people to try in Pullman. Still great service and drink. Keep it up over there!!!

Terrible bubble tea... I mean terrible. The coconut milk in my taro smoothie was horrible and my friends jasmine milk tea was horribly sweet. Just skip bubble tea while you're in Pullman. They also "ran out" of tapioca at 7pm on a Friday and all of the other toppings suck. They also have board games at the coffee table but they are so filthy like that have never been cleaned. The table had streaks all over too.

Thanks for your convenient service. We enjoyed theae drinks without straws.

Thanks for the convinient service. We enjoyed these drinks without straws. Never had bubble teas without straws.

One of my favorite places. They recently updated some of their furniture and it's more cozy and pretty inside than even just a year ago. I usually ask for their Classic Jasmine Milk Tea with boba or lychee jelly or a Taro Smoothie, but I've tried other drinks there and liked them too. I was surprised how much I love their fried calamari the first time I ordered it and now it's something I always order when I take a friend who's never been before. If you're looking for a very filling meal, I recommend the tomato hot pot (although I know people who only order the spicy flavors, I'm just personally not big on spicy food).

Staff was friendly and worker came out to give our food and drinks. This place can get busy and when they do may take awhile to get your order. No dine in at the moment.

The food and drinks are average, considering it's the only boba around, but this place is absolutely filthy. The board games are covered in black grime, the tables are dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting with black on the floor and walls and a toilet that looks like it's never been scrubbed. This is very concerning for food safety because health officials say if they don't clean their bathroom, they are most likely not going to clean their kitchen. I hope there will be improvement.

i don't really like bubble tea so i come here for food. it's SO good, the yakisoba noodles are my favorite and i've gotten it many times. they have hotpot here too! it's pretty good and they have garlic soy sauce. they also sell asian snacks and knick-knacks sometimes. i also love the setting of the place and how it's so bright and happy vibes. they have board/card games like uno and connect 4 so it's a fun place to be when eating or waiting to eat! service is eh and they use boba cups for water

Their prices are the best out of all the sushi options in town and quality is top notch. I'm used to the conveyer belt being a lunch thing (great for a quick bite to eat when you have little time). The service is great, I always leave with a smile and money left for the waitress. One last thing, I love the decor and music! Very authentic! Don't let all the negative Nancys shy you away from this place, definitely a sushi place worth your time and money!

There is nothing fancy here, but the food is pretty good. The sushi is well done by the Sushi Chef and I have no complaints there. I am usually troubled by Asian Restaurants that span throughout different regions, but Fusion....that's the point. I think they do well, although I am spoiled with Seattle Teriyaki. It set my bar for Teriyaki and velveted Chicken or Beef is NOT it. Velveting is a Chinese technique and NOT a Seattle-Japanese technique. Their portions are good and they are generous and eager to provide what you need. I always feel welcome and never leave hungry. I am going to try a house specialty now. I've had their Sushi, Teriyaki, Teriyaki-Don Bowls and their Egg Drop Soup. I like it. I go there frequently. I would've given it 4 stars but sometimes I have to get my own Sriracha Sauce or refill my own water. That won't keep me from going back or tipping well. Everyone is nice and well intentioned; just not trained well for true "Full Service" restaurant hosting and service. It's great for families and inexpensive date nights. If you heard it's not good, ignore that. It's just fine. It's a Pan-Asian restaurant with a Sushi Belt-train for lunch and it's worth the $! I'm heading there now. See you in a few minutes! :)

The restaurant is nice and quiet which is so important to me because i love to run my mouth when im eating out. I got the vegetarian option, which I was grateful for because most of the times hot pot places aren't too accommodating for non meat eaters. Unfortunately my food was lacking a little in flavor. Could it have been that I got the veggie version and that sometimes flops in the flavor department? Or could it have been that I didn't select a spice level high enough? I'm not sure, but I'm willing to give it a second try's

In my Taiwanese hot pot I got a great variety of meat, fish and vegetables, much more than I expected for a great price. Service was timely, waitress was helpful, and it was a nice interior. My biggest critique is the fact that both hot pots I tried (veggie and taiwan) were not spicy in the slightest, like at all, when we got the maximum spice level. The waitress did tell us this would be the case and its clearly because of the white palates here but I was still disappointed by the fact that the hot pots didn't have the signature sichuan spice of malatangs. The numbing spiciness of chinese/taiwanese hot pot is something that sets apart this cuisine for me so that makes me sad. It satisfies my craving for now but what I really want from spicy hot pot is to see completely neon red broth.
